INSTALLATION MANAGER: (2016 – Present) Provide senior level leadership, technical
expertise, and oversight of installation department to ensure probability. Hold full P&L
responsibility for the strategic planning, development, and management of department, as well
as provide executive guidance as member of organizational leadership team.
Plan and establish overall objectives for department and developing short term and long term

VICE PRESIDENT: (1994 – 1997) Managed all materials procurement, production scheduling,
and supplier quality assurance to support the manufacturing operations and all continuous
improvement activities.
Analyzed inventory levels, determined shipment delays, and implemented corrective actions to
ensure on time receipt and processing of materials so that production objectives were met and
maintained.
MEXICO FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR: (1992 – 1993) Held full profit and loss responsibility
for all aspects of plant startup operation in Mexico. Oversaw initial production control for all
phases of production, scheduling, and inventory operations.
Primarily held responsible for company compliance of Mexican tax and labor laws. Placed extra
