• Implemented improved in store product protection methods driving further decreases in in-store theft.
• Corporate stock levels reduced from £50m to £16.8m, a reduction of 66%. Stock levels two years ago were a
£70m
• Depot Storage Charges reduced by 25% which has improved the corporate bottom line profitability of the
category.
• Reductions in Inventory Adjustments of (75%) at cost and (81%) at retail value through execution of improved
training and compliance in store.
• Delivered 90% improvement in store RA compliance completion and 75% in Goods In Scanning Compliance
as a result of developing new reporting processes and engaging all internal business partners.
