Soeng Kratip is a folk dance from northeastern Thailand that is performed at joyful events and festivals. The dance begins with a group of men playing traditional instruments like bamboo flutes and gongs, after which a group of women carrying bamboo boxes dance, representing women preparing food for their families. This particular performance of the Soeng Kratip dance was done by students from Khon Kaen University in Thailand.
