Working Experience
1 September 2013 – Present : Human Resources Officer – Jordan Carbonate
Company JCC.
Key member in team responsible for providing support in the various human
resource functions ,which include recruitment, staffing, training and development ,
performance monitoring and employee counselling , job descriptions, personnel
policies, appraisal.
• Provide support to head HR and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of
staff.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities .
• Payroll- Liaise with finance and program to insure that monthly payroll and staff
benefits are managed in line with budget and organization policies.
• ISO (Internal Auditing) for all process in HR Department .
• Responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources functions of the
employees’ life cycle including recruitment, induction, payroll, employee relations,
performance management and leaves’ administration for local employees, contractors
and service providers.
• Work on allocating current and new staff within the budgets – collection of timesheets
from staff for submission
• Plans and conducts new staff orientation to foster positive attitude towards goals
• Produce reports to local senior management with relevant employment and Human
Resources reports on a regular basis.
• Provides coordination between Human Resources, Administrative,
Logistics/Procurement, Programs and Security Departments as required.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures
• Ensure Staff files are complete and correct
• Responsible for updating HR system as needed
• Training plans for employees
• Monitoring employee‘s performance—performance management
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Backup person during the absence of any HR department member.

 Recruitment, and my main role was as following;
• Update and redraft the existing recruitment policies, and all related
documents.
• Create appropriate and effective database of candidates for all levels.
• Handle and participate in the Recruitment process in terms of; posting
internal and external job advertisements, participating in recruiting events,
scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting reference check for
