One World Trade Center is an ideal representation of what green building is. It is not to say that the design and construction of this structure was not
without its challenges. In this paper, I will discuss the factors that qualified the building for LEED certification. I will also discuss the challenges the
building faced while pursuing this certification and what was done to overcome these challenges.

(West, 2014). With the expertise and experience of Tishman Construction, the world's leader in sustainable building knowledge (Bawaba, 2010).
OWTC was awarded the LEED Gold v2.0 rating for multiple categories including several advanced energy and water saving technologies, lighting,

Baywatch Movie Analysis
I chose to do the movie Baywatch for my assignment because I never saw it and it came out in 2017. I liked this movie because it was an
action–packed comedy but it wasn't the best movie I've seen. I would defiantly give this movie a 6.5 out of ten. This is because there were some
parts that were funny but I didn't understand why they had to be put in the movie. This movie was placed in Florida at the beach of Emerald Bay. In
this movie, there were 2 main characters which are Mitch, played by Dwayne Johnson, and Matt Brody, played Zac Efron. This movie started off
intense. Someone one was drowning and Mitch and his team of lifeguards helped save a man from the water and bring him back to life. You can see
that Mitch is very well known around these parts and that he would always try to do more than his job description. While he was going for a run he
found drugs that washed up on the shore. He knew what drug it was and knew it was killing people. After that is when Mitch met his maker when they
were having lifeguard tryouts. One of those people trying out was Matt Brody. Matt Brody was a guy who grew up in the foster care system going
home to home and was used to doing things for himself and by himself. He was known for winning 2 Olympic gold medals for swimming and when
he was racing during a relay he vomited in the water and earned the nickname "vomit comet". He was only trying out because his plea deal said he
needed it do community service and that this would count towards

exploitation of resources is a big factor in sustainability. The second journal is similar to the first journal in the fact that they are both pro–sustainable
construction. Both papers go into detail about how implementing sustainable building would effect economic and environmental aspects of the process.
