Credits Department
 Managing activities:-
 Leading and remote monitoring the daily activities of contract staffs at Vendor
location for back office processes. Total staff size of 17 executive
 Regular Auditing of processes/ quality checks and finding out of errors to streamline
the process.
 Preparation of cost sheet, monthly billing and budgeting
 Managing vendor related payments in SAP.
 Validating eligibility criteria for waiver of deposits related to VAS
 Handled projects of implementation of process for assigning credit limit t o customers
thru Credit information Bureau, Experian and Transunion at Circle level.
 Involved in Cost saving projects of reducing cost by eliminating unproductive
processes and increasing Multi Bureau penetration
 Automation/ Systems Automation done by understanding the entire process and
suggesting simpler ways of performing the process, eliminating time consuming
steps
 Co-ordination with the core automation team for automation of process thru access/
macro.
 Performing UAT for back office processes related system enhancements
 MIS Related activities:-
 Releasing regular/ monthly MIS required by management
 Varied Analysis done to understand product wise customer behaviour and suggest
process improvements which will enhance customer experience and support
management in achieving goals
Collections Department
 Managing activities:-
 Leading and monitoring the daily activities of a team of 3 contract staffs.
 Continuous process improvements & documenting the same.
 Revenue Generation activities:-
 Processing shortfall approvals & letters (critical revenue generation activity).
 Monitoring of Closure letters,payment reminder letters and complaints/ requests
pertaining to customer payments

2.  Analysis & MIS Related activities:-
 Generating various monthly, weekly & daily MIS and analysis on various processes
handled.
 Automation:-
 Automated the shortfall process which previously required lot of manually
intervention which in turn has increased the volume of approvals processed in a
single day. It has earned me lot of accolades & appreciation from seniors.
 Facilitated the online process for shortfall waiver reducing paperwork and automated
the initiation, processing and sign-off process within the system.
