Communities are geographic
But they're also virtual
And they have needs
The virtual 800 lb gorilla
and there are many more
Including some surprising ones
Including some surprising ones
Reach out and touch someone
(wirelessly)
Libraries were just getting used to
         online communities.

But now we've got mobile communities
      with whom to connect, too
Why libraries should care

And it knows where you live
People behave differently
   in a mobile world.
They shop differently
Scan a Find prices Locate stores
barcode and reviews that have it
They find things differently
Map what Find a place Get turn-by-turn
you want that has it directions
They do lots of things differently
     Find a Interact Find businesses

And we need to serve mobile
  communities differently.
