2. WHAT IS THE VIRTUAL
BOOST PROGRAM?
The Course Conductor Virtual Boost Program is an investment fund
that enables partner organizations to increase the sales capability of
their global virtual training community at scale.

3. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Organizations that want to proactively support the revenue growth of their virtual trainer
community can purchase opportunities for virtual training professionals to earn the
Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential.
Trainers that achieve the Trusted Virtual Trainer credential win more business. They can
demonstrate to training buyers that they have been been independently evaluated and
proven to deliver exceptional virtual training experiences for their clients.

4. The Agile Business Consortium has invested in the Virtual Boost Program
and purchased the opportunity for 50 virtual agile trainers to grow their
business by earning the Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Trainer digital
credential (a value of $995.00 per virtual trainer).
APMG International has selected 50 Accredited Training Organizations
(ATOs) to be included in the Virtual Boost Program. Each of the 50 ATOs can
nominate one virtual trainer to be independently evaluated by a Course
Conductor Trusted Virtual Assessor.
Virtual trainers that pass the evaluation will be awarded the Agile Business
Consortium Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential. The credential is valid
for one year.
ATOs that would like to invest in additional Trusted Virtual Trainer digital
credentials or the customized Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report can do so at
preferential rates as part of the Virtual Boost Program.

7. STEP 1: REGISTER &
INTRODUCTORY ZOOM
All virtual trainers must register for their Agile Business Consortium
Trusted Virtual Trainer evaluation and assessment.
At the end of the registration page you'll be invited to book a 20-minute
Introductory Zoom with a Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Assessor.
During this session, we'll explain the process in more detail, learn more
about you, specific outcomes you are aiming to achieve, and answer
any questions you might have.
We will also ask a few questions that are unobservable in a virtual
setting and talk to you about collecting customer feedback.

8. STEP 2: VIRTUAL
TRAINING
EVALUATION
Virtual trainers have two options for the evaluation.
Option 1: Invite the Course Conductor Trusted Virtual Assessor to join
your Agile Business Consortium virtual training course. We attend the
course for a minimum of 3 hours. We do not turn on our microphones or
cameras - we simply observe.
Option 2: Enables you to provide a recording of your Agile Business
Consortium virtual training course. We require a minimum of 3 hours
of recorded virtual training content for the evaluation. This should
include the first and last hour of the course. Note: Most trainers send a
recording of the whole day.

9. STEP 3: VERIFIED
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
All virtual trainers are required to provide verified
customer feedback. This can be achieved in two ways, we
suggest you do both for maximum scores.
1) Client References
Course Conductor will provide you with a dedicated Client
Reference link. Trainers send this link to at least two clients
and invite them to write a reference. The reference survey
will take approximately 4 minutes to complete - and is very
user friendly.
As soon as the reference is received, the trainer is informed.
2) Course Feedback / Customer Reviews
Trainers provide evidence of customer feedback from their
courses. Every trainer has a different approach to collecting
course feedback, so we will discuss this during our initial
conversation as part of the Introductory Zoom.
In most cases, trainers use online survey tools such as
Survey Monkey or an in-house alternative. Course Conductor
also includes feedback from independent review platforms
such as Trust Pilot and Google Reviews.

10. After all of the data has been calculated and scored, the Virtual Training
Assessor discusses the evaluation with each virtual trainer during a 15 minute
zoom meeting.
During this meeting, the Virtual Assessor provides virtual trainers with the overall
evaluation score and evaluation feedback. This includes areas where the virtual
trainer excelled and highlights any areas where learning opportunities may exist.
STEP 4: EVALUATION
DEBRIEF & OPTIONAL
REPORT
Customized Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report:
Course Conductor can provide the evaluation feedback in the form of a one-page customized Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report. Successful
Trusted Virtual Trainers use this report to increase buyer trust by including it in new business proposals and sharing it on social medial
platforms to independently prove virtual training expertise.
Important Note: The customized Virtual Trainer Evaluation Report is an optional premium product that successful Trusted Virtual Trainers can
purchase at a preferential price.

11. STEP 5: AWARD
TRUSTED VIRTUAL
TRAINER CREDENTIAL
Successful Trusted Virtual Trainers are awarded with the Agile
Business Consortium Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credential,
issued via the Acclaim platform.
We provide successful virtual trainers with examples of how to use
their new digital credential and how to get maximum value from it.
The Acclaim platform makes it easy for trainers to share their digital
credential on all social media platforms, within their email signatures,
and bids for new work.
All Trusted Virtual Trainer digital credentials are valid for 12 months
from the date of issue.
