Continuing on the Group’s decision to further enhance its presence in the
services sector, Vishal Group has targeted the Education Sector for further
holistic growth through VG Education Foundation.
The Group plans to foray into various areas of the Education Sector &

8. VG Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd. ( VGEF )
• Since its establishment VGEF’s prime objective has been to reach the
underprivileged and underrepresented groups of the society with its mobile
training.
• VGEF currently boasts well tested different skill training in ten different
sectors that are in line with the Occupational Skill Standard (OSS) Level 1-2.

9. VGEF Primary Focus
Mobility: VGEF goes where the trainees are. It does not require
participants to come to a center.
Demand: The trade identified for training has to be demand driven.
Practicality: All VGEF training stresses are virtually “hands-on”.
Employment: VGEF aims at transforming trainees in to successful self-
employed entrepreneurs.
Local Level: Local coordinators are given the frontline for processing
training feasibility, management, follow-up and upgrading courses.
10. VGEF Roads Ahead
Expansion of services and introduction of newer methodologies is key to
regional development.
VGEF is determined to promote a concept of demand oriented skill based
training, whereby we generate capable labor in certain trades and promote
the market of being able to supply labor in the every trade.
Considering the changes in education and the international requirements
VGEF got into a JV with India’s Leading Skills Training Organization Centum
Learning Ltd. in an attempt to promote internationally tried and tested best
practices and organization culture.
VGEF has been invited to sign up MoU with Tribhuvan University as their
knowledge partner while driving their innovative models under new initiative
engagements.

them in Nepal.

partner while driving their innovative model under new initiative engagements.
• CTEVT – Under Ministry of Education
• VGEF is affiliated with CTEVT under Ministry of Education to impart technical training
as per CTEVT curriculum and participate to apply for Govt. Supported Skilling
initiatives.
• Miyamoto International Inc.
• VGEF through its promoters are associated with Miyamoto International Nepal Pvt.
Ltd. which is a JV company with Miyamoto International Inc. where VGEF provides all
ground level mobilization, training, consultancy support required to Miyamoto
International Nepal Pvt. Ltd. to operate in local level.

Skill and Capacity Building Trainings been delivered under CSR initiatives of
private sector companies of Nepal, such as:

• Asian Distributors Pvt. Ltd.
• Global Trading Concern Pvt. Ltd.
Post Earthquake - Safer Construction related consultancy, Training, Community
Mobilization at Local level was also been delivered. Services also included
distribution of relief material to the identified needy groups in Kavre, Gorkha,
Nagarkot, Bhaktapur etc.

Lalitpur Ghussel Reconstruction Project - Project objectives are as:
Community driven reconstruction of 350 houses in the identified and EO Nepal
adopted villages.
