 This product can be marketed as “Training as Service” to potential B2B Clients.
 The training modules would be highly interactive in audio, visual format. The
modules would also include webinars for direct interaction with the trainees and
trainer.
New Training Areas
1: Customized E – Learning Development Programme.
 An E-Learning Module with contains courses including various aspects of training.
 This Programme will be attributed as “Training Simplified” Programme eliminating the need
physical training sessions.
 This will create a new market for the Hero MindMine.
2: Pre Training & Post Training Support.
 In value addition to the existing physical training sessions, providing regular support and
counselling to the trainees.
 This can be done though social media engagement or through the feeds on user profile on
proposed “cloud based platform”.
3: Collaborative Partnership
 Signing the MOUs with big corporate houses and government ministries across countries.
 These MOUs should include the need and identification of the training, delivering the trainings and
analysing the impact of training.
 This would showcase the partnership as more value driven and would be a source of repeated revenues.
4: Social Media Engagements & Integrated PR Campaign
This approach is to redefine the way Hero Mindmine connects with the potential clients.
 The aim is to create a buzz through a systematic and planned PR campaign so that people identify Hero
Mindmine as the best training partner.
 This would help in building Brand Equity and Lead Generation.
Strategies for Global Presence
o Recruitment of Local Training Staff - Ability to deliver in their language example.
Arabic in Middle-Eastern Regions.
o Strategic Partnerships at Country level.
Example: Training key account managers of Landmark Group, Dubai.
o Customizing the training contents to be of Global Aptitude with Local wisdom.
o Cultural Training Tips and Guides for Travelers of short & crisp nature to mark the presence on global arena.

The modules would also include webinars for direct interaction with the trainees and trainer.

New Training Areas 1: Customized E – Learning Development Programme.  An E-Learning Module with contains courses including various aspects of training.  This Programme will be attributed as “Training Simplified” Programme eliminating the need physical training sessions.  This will create a new market for the Hero MindMine. 2: Pre Training & Post Training Support.  In value addition to the existing physical training sessions, providing regular support and counselling to the trainees.  This can be done though social media engagement or through the feeds on user profile on proposed “cloud based platform”.
  • 7. 3: Collaborative Partnership  Signing the MOUs with big corporate houses and government ministries across countries.  These MOUs should include the need and identification of the training, delivering the trainings and analysing the impact of training.  This would showcase the partnership as more value driven and would be a source of repeated revenues. 4: Social Media Engagements & Integrated PR Campaign This approach is to redefine the way Hero Mindmine connects with the potential clients.  The aim is to create a buzz through a systematic and planned PR campaign so that people identify Hero Mindmine as the best training partner.  This would help in building Brand Equity and Lead Generation.
