What is Bright Program?
For children growing up with the stress of poverty, the cognitive, social and emotional barriers to learning are enormous, but they also are
predictable and recurring. They form a pattern of unreadiness for students that is precisely what makes it possible to design an intervention

EduLEAD Program
What is EduLEAD Program?
The need for a systematic approach to school leadership development gains added significance in the context of the rights-based approach to
education which encompasses the right of equal access to education, the right to quality education, and the right to joyful learning
environment; the fulfillment of which depends to a great deal on effective school leadership that engages in transformation of schools. This
calls for equipping school leaders with surfeit of skills and knowledge that enable them to critically analyze the challenges faced by and
opportunities available to school in the prevailing conditions. In this context it is important to create structures and processes that encourage
creativity and innovation among school heads, teachers and students to enable schools to transform into ‘Centres of Excellence’. This demands
total shift in the role of leadership that goes beyond administrative and managerial responsibilities to proactive practices for school
transformation. Acknowledging the importance of this issue, the EduLEAD Program is developed.

Academia Program
What is Academia Program?
Quality has emerged as one of the most common topics of debate and focus in virtually all higher education circles in the twenty-first century. Quality
control, quality assurance and governance are commonplace terms at the forefront of higher education strategic planning and change initiatives.
Higher education change is driven by constant improvement, technology changes, measurement and evidence-based results—all areas that require
either an overt or covert emphasis on quality improvement. However, despite all these advancement, the approach in teaching remains traditional.
Most of the class time is spent with the professor lecturing and the students watching and listening. The students work individually on assignments,
and cooperation is discouraged. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Academia program with the aim to not only develop
the soft skills and professional skills capacity building of the lecturers but also enhancing teaching effectiveness through learner-centered teaching
methods.
For 2018, Academia program will focus on developing master trainers among university lecturers. These cohort of master trainers will go through a
one-year development program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, assignments and practical at selected local universities. Upon
completion of this program, these master trainers will be attached for one-year with NAMA Foundation and empowered to localize this initiative

Catalyst Program
What is Catalyst Program?
Once regarded as mere service providers, university administrators are now a recognized profession with particular skills and possessing defined
academic qualifications. The hard division that once separated them from the academics is now blurred with administrators playing important
academic roles in quality assurance, student counselling and establishing links with other universities and the industry. The administrator acquires
new significance as universities evolve from their old position as self-regulating institutions to becoming corporate organizations with clear social
roles that are externally regulated. The university administrator must deal with both internal relationships and needs and external changes and
controls. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Catalyst Program with the aim to examine some of the changes that are
taking place in the higher education sector that will impinge on the way universities are administered and to prepare university administrators to
deal with those changes.
For 2018, Catalyst Program will focus on developing master trainers among university administrators. These cohort of master trainers will go
through a one-year development program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, assignments and practical at selected local
universities. Upon completion of this program, these master trainers will be attached for one-year with NAMA Foundation and empowered to

Sustain Program
What is Sustain Program?
Funding stands as the single-most critical challenge impacting the viability of the third sector organizations. The industry is incredibly competitive,
grants are harder to access and funding preferences are ever changing. A backdrop such as this can dramatically impair an organization's strategic
decision making thereby impacting investment strategies, resources and most importantly, threaten the sector’s financial sustainability. For most
third sector organizations, financial viability is a goal because they do not feel confident they currently have a sustainable financial strategy. To put
this into context, however, most small third sector organizations would not feel confident that their income streams were assured. Some uncertainty
about future income is inevitable. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Sustain Program with the aim to empower the third
sector organizations with the knowledge and tools of establishing financial sustainability within these organizations.
For 2018, Sustain Program will focus on developing master trainers among consultants. These cohort of master trainers will go through a one-year
development program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, assignments and practical at selected local third sector organizations. Upon
completion of this program, these master trainers will be attached for one-year with NAMA Foundation and empowered to localize this initiative
coordinated by our local partners.
What will the program covers?
Upon completing the program participants will:
• Become the Certified Sustain Master Trainer for your home country.

Consultant for Change
C4C Program
What is C4C Program?
Many third sector organizations struggle to make a difference with the funding they have. Under-resourced teams of paid staff find
themselves working less hours due to reduced budgets, while the demand for their services increases. There is little time for goal setting and
performance reviews, let alone for finding out the best fit of volunteer role for the individual outcomes sought by the volunteer. With this
problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed C4C Program with the aim to develop cohorts of excellent third sector consultancies that
can help third sector organizations with management of people, teams, volunteers, and of course external partners such as corporate social
responsibility.
For 2018, C4C Program will focus on developing master trainers among consultants. These cohort of master trainers will go through a one-
year development program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, assignments and practical at selected local third sector
organizations. Upon completion of this program, these master trainers will be attached for one-year with NAMA Foundation and empowered
to localize this initiative coordinated by our local partners.
What will the program cover?
Upon completing the program participants will:
• Become the Certified C4C Master Trainer for your home country.
• Empower local consultants with the core values and ethics required to engage CSOs and NGOs and promote development..
• Improve the core professional skills and competencies as a consultant to deliver quality outcomes.

Count Me In Program
What is Count Me In Program?
Managing volunteers is every bit as challenging as managing paid staff, perhaps even more challenging in some ways. Nonprofit staff members supervise
a constantly changing cast of volunteers and must react quickly when a need develops in the organization. Among the most common problems faced by
third sector organizations in regards to volunteer management includes recruitment issues, have little time to spend training new volunteers, keeping
volunteers interested and friction between staff members and volunteers. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Count Me In
Program with the aim to develop cohorts of excellent volunteer management consultants that are able to developing and managing a strong volunteer
team in third sector organizations.
For 2018, Count Me In Program will focus on developing master trainers among consultants. These cohort of master trainers will go through a one-year

  • 11. Academia Program What is Academia Program? Quality has emerged as one of the most common topics of debate and focus in virtually all higher education circles in the twenty-first century. Quality control, quality assurance and governance are commonplace terms at the forefront of higher education strategic planning and change initiatives. Higher education change is driven by constant improvement, technology changes, measurement and evidence-based results—all areas that require either an overt or covert emphasis on quality improvement. However, despite all these advancement, the approach in teaching remains traditional. Most of the class time is spent with the professor lecturing and the students watching and listening. The students work individually on assignments, and cooperation is discouraged. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Academia program with the aim to not only develop the soft skills and professional skills capacity building of the lecturers but also enhancing teaching effectiveness through learner-centered teaching methods. For 2018, Academia program will focus on developing master trainers among university lecturers. • 13. Catalyst Program What is Catalyst Program? Once regarded as mere service providers, university administrators are now a recognized profession with particular skills and possessing defined academic qualifications. The hard division that once separated them from the academics is now blurred with administrators playing important academic roles in quality assurance, student counselling and establishing links with other universities and the industry. The administrator acquires new significance as universities evolve from their old position as self-regulating institutions to becoming corporate organizations with clear social roles that are externally regulated. The university administrator must deal with both internal relationships and needs and external changes and controls. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Catalyst Program with the aim to examine some of the changes that are taking place in the higher education sector that will impinge on the way universities are administered and to prepare university administrators to deal with those changes. For 2018, Catalyst Program will focus on developing master trainers among university administrators. These cohort of master trainers will go through a one-year development program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, assignments and practical at selected local universities. • 15. Sustain Program What is Sustain Program? Funding stands as the single-most critical challenge impacting the viability of the third sector organizations. The industry is incredibly competitive, grants are harder to access and funding preferences are ever changing. A backdrop such as this can dramatically impair an organization's strategic decision making thereby impacting investment strategies, resources and most importantly, threaten the sector’s financial sustainability. For most third sector organizations, financial viability is a goal because they do not feel confident they currently have a sustainable financial strategy. To put this into context, however, most small third sector organizations would not feel confident that their income streams were assured. Some uncertainty about future income is inevitable. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed Sustain Program with the aim to empower the third sector organizations with the knowledge and tools of establishing financial sustainability within these organizations.
