Go for MVR (Minimum Viable Research): Break the misconception that
UX research "takes a long time”. MVR is doing the minimum research
necessary to validate or refute a hypothesis and make a decision.
Consider the decision to be made since the research plan
Do both sub-tracks when possible: It is ideal to do both tracks at the
same time. It takes us time to get that rhythm, but we aim for it
Do prioritize strategy: Its common to focus on the day to day and not
the future. Tim Brown mentioned how being focused on achieving what's
needed in the present, can under see the importance of a strategic look
towards the future.
Co-create the workflow: Working together with the agile team and the
business team is key to build a culture around strategic research.
