  • #2 Many of you know I am a writer by training and inclination, and have from time to time taught writing as well. In my dual roles with MIT and the Consortium, I speak and write about OCW and OER quite a bit. In a blog exchange a while back, I found myself trying to answer the the question “Why OER? What are we trying to achieve?” I found I had a bit of a Goldilocks problem.
