inspirED
•   My name is Marlene Mojica I am a spanish teacher for 4th,5th,6th,AWC
    students in 4 different schools in Boston .

•   Teaching for 31 years in Colombia and US.

•   Taught in Bilingual, Special Ed, Resource Room, ETF, and FLES(Foreing
    Language Elementary Spanish)

•   Universal problem that I solving; almost half of the teachers leave the field
    after five years how do we keep them in the field happy inspirED and
    evangelizing personalized learning for students.

•   I’ve seen teachers inspirED by colleagues on a daily basis. Through
    poems,quotes,books, images,music.

•   I would love to have a platform where we can share materials,inspirED each
    other and help each other grow professionally.

•   I want to implement this SLC app at a bigger scale so the impact will be
    global and more teachers will be inspirED.

•   With SLC infrastructure already in place specially for TAGGing I want to
    leverage it for the inspirED app. Keep open source so anyone can build upon
    it.

HOW?

•   This is a place where the user will get inspirED by sharing of poetry or
    linked ,guided meditation,quotes,books,movies,visuals,music,A PLACE
    WHERE TEACHERS ARE CELEBRATED,inspirED and fully recharged.

•   Teachers will freely go at anytime anywhere to share,read,poetry,guided
    meditation,quotes,books,movies,visuals,music from any source in the
    internet or their own,

•   First user will log in to SLC

•   Go to inspirED

•   They will select the type inspiration button :poetry,quote,book,movie,guided
    meditation,visual,music

•   Then they will listen or TAGG a poem,quote,book etc.

•   They will have the opportunity to rate it by giving STARS (nomination)so
    this data will go to a bank where in a given date will be celebrated and an
    award ceremony.
IMPACT




•   Teachers will be inspirED to continue inspiring students for a very long time.
