Hired by Charles Kendall & Partners for their Infrastructure Fund Project of the
National Procurement Commission under the office of the Prime Minister as a Senior
Procurement Specialist whose main task is to prepare all the necessary documents needed to
procure GOODS, WORKS, and SERVICES for the various projects for the different sectors
like Agriculture, Education, Power, Health, etc. funded by the Infrastructure Funds of the
government and Road Projects funded by ADB & JICA
Hired by PRIMEX (and seconded to Asian Development Bank) as International
Procurement Specialist-Team Leader for ADB Project Study-“NCB Threshold review for the
Road Construction Sector of Mongolia”, in order to come up with a recommendation, with
the assistance of the three national consultants from Mongolia, whether or not to increase
