Responsible for the Site Activity of the EPC Project Construction of Coal, Clinker and Cement
Terminal at Port Qasim for PIBT (Pakistan International Bulk Terminal Ltd.) where the
Employer’s Representative is EA Consultants Ltd. The Project is financed by the IFC
(International Finance Corporation), which is a member of the World Bank Group and the
cost of project is about 81 Million USD. Project includes creating of a Terminal on a swamp
area by filling of around 750000 m3 material with some ground improvement measures ,
construction of 2450m long trestle bridge on piles, performing of about 800000m3dredging,
construction of a piled jetty at the seaside (at the end of the trestle bridge) in size of about
450 mX35m with two mooring dolphins and construction of all necessary conveyor systems,
loading/unloading facilities, several buildings (like administration building, several storage
facilities, power plant etc.), roads, firefighting systems etc.
