pipe and mechanical installation, and sewer systems. My responsibilities have included direct supervision

for public agencies.
Responsibilities have also included all managerial aspects associated to the construction phase, including
the planning, organization and supervision of the personnel assigned to the construction projects. I was
responsible for the coordination between subcontractors, quality control and assurance, and also in charge
of safety, schedule and cost compliance supervision in water infrastructure projects.
I have provided support in the review of as-built drawings and preliminary design drawings and I have
been in charge of the coordination and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly project reports, weekly
meeting minutes, evaluation and analysis of progress schedules, contractor’s claims, proposals and
preparation of cost estimates, project documentation, change order negotiations, environmental and
permitting requirements, and review of contractor’s certifications for payment.
I earned a Juris Doctor Degree in the summer of 2014 from the University of Puerto Rico. I took elective
courses in Construction Law, Intellectual Property Law, Information Systems Security Law and Patent
Law among others. I passed the Puerto Rico bar exam on September of 2014. I took the oath as Attorney
