KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Preparation of baseline construction program at the tendering stage and detailing of the same during
the project execution stage (Level IV).
 Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing
requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
 Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project
through daily / weekly / monthly / reports with respect to review of the overall project.
 Prepare weekly and monthly tasks or look ahead for site engineers to execute the project on time and
according to the schedule.
 Prepare the procurement schedule for availability of material on site.
 Co‐ordinate with site engineers to follow up the actual site status according to schedule.
 Create SPI (Schedule Performance Index) on monthly basis to ensure the project status.
 Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project
director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
 Preparation of detail documentation of extension of time (EOT) for the project.
 Evaluation and preparation of BOQs, take off-sheets, bar bending schedule, rate analysis.
 Preparation of IPC’s, Running bills and Variations etc.
 Co-ordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and other specialized
consultants for finalizing site works related issues.
