My Duties as QA/QC Manager:
1. Mange the QA/QC program developing, implementing and monitoring the quality program for the
project.
2. Monitoring day-to-day operations of department personnel to ensure compliance with both client
and code specifications as well as monitoring the procedure and performance of all consultants in
the application of the QMS.
3. Driving the QA/QC culture across the team.
4. Coordinate with testing Agencies for Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and all other required
