Job responsibilities in brief:
 Audits carried out as per Approved Audit Schedule for 1st
Party (Internal-RMTC), 2nd
Party (DB Contractors) and 3rd
Party (Sub-Contractors for DB Contractors).
 Quality Requirements for Metro Systems and Sub-systems like, Track Works, Rolling
Stock, Power Supply and Third Rail, SCADA, Signaling, and Ventilation System in the
Tunnels.
 Quality Requirements for Design and Project Deliverables.
 Interface Issues on Quality Standards and Specifications/ Contractual Obligations with

 In respect to the adherence to the DB Contractors Project Quality Assurance and
Quality Control Plans & Procedures by the DB Contractors their Sub – Contractors and
their Suppliers in the first instance.
 Production, Training & Maintenance of RMTC Project Management, Construction
Management systems to enhance our functional performance.
 Ensure compliance with Quality Procedures.
 Conduct Quality Awareness Session for the Staff towards QMS standards and Project
requirements.
 Site visits for visual verification of procedure adherence, feedback from NCR’s and
feedback from progress meetings and individual reporting of concerns from general
workforce, Supervisors and Management.
 Ensure As-Built Quality Records are produced in respect to the ITP’s through
surveillances and audits.
 Offer guidance to the QC Inspectors in terms of ITP content and the required
compilation of records referenced within in respect to materials specifications,
tolerances, standards, there certification to compliance, their traceability and their
use in the realization of the product.
 Engage in supply chain QC compliance Onoff site if required.
 Attend at FATS & SATS of individual best suited to the task of surveillance, dependent
on the individual materials, tests or services being under scrutiny.

Job responsibilities in brief:
 Reports to Head- Quality;
 Develop Company Project Quality Plan (PQP) and update it according to Client/PMCM
requirement;
 Develop project specific procedures;
 Review and recommend comments on Project Quality Plan of Main Contractor/Sub
Contractor and their QA/QC organization Chart to PM/CM and Client;
 Quality Requirements for Metro Systems and Sub-systems like, Track Works, Rolling

 Coordinate quality inspections with all the site contractors, vendors, and all testing
on site;
 Coordinate with the client’s representative/PMCM on all quality issues and provide
feedback;
 Attend weekly quality meetings with client/PMCM;
 Coordinate with document controller in order to make sure correct forms and work
flows are used for all inspections;
 Coordinate with Planners to provide quality section feedback to PMCM/Client. In
addition whenever required check the KPIs established in report;
 Assist Client/PMCM in establishing quality procedures/documentation;
 Responsible for QA/QC training to all staff for all QA/QC documentation;
 Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site contractors;
 Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the approved
documents example Method Statement, Shop drawings etc.;
 Participate in the site internal and external site audits;
 Coordinate the quality site inspection through the site QC inspectors/site engineers;
 Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built hand
over through the Testing and Commissioning Manager;
 Ensuring preparation and incorporation of all the QMS documented procedures as
required by the Project and relating inspection and test plans and formats;
 Implementation of QMS processes and procedures;
 Assisting site Management in effective implementation of approved quality plans and
QMS procedures;
 Preparation of Internal Audits schedule;
 Quality awareness session for Staff on quality alerts and risk assessment workshops;
