Two-way communication allows for the exchange of information between teachers and students. It has several advantages, including helping students and teachers share ideas, keeping students attentive, developing student understanding and confidence, and building good relationships. However, one-way communication can lead to disadvantages like students feeling inferior, having unclear concepts, being inattentive, less creativity, and bad teacher-student relationships. To improve, teachers should be aware of two-way communication's benefits, classes should be well-organized, and teachers should take responsibility for teaching without favoritism.
