Train-The-Trainer Workshop
The purpose of the Train the Trainer Workshop is to
provide you with a successful and workable methodol-
ogy that you can apply to any subject in which you may
have to train people. It is intended to enhance your
professionalism and effectiveness as a trainer.
WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS WILL ACCOMPLISH THE
FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:
*Write instructional objectives.
*Formulate lesson plans to support objectives.
*Present 5 and 10 minute practice sessions using the
procedures, tools, and skills learned in this workshop.
In these practice sessions you will:
1. Use a four step training process.
2. Demonstrate to your learners how to perform
an activity.
3. Have them perform the activity to affirm
their learning.
Learners will additionally gain an understanding of the
appropriate use of audio-visual aids, effective class-
room layout and both formal and informal feedback
mechanisms.
