Eco Space 2015 Internship General Rules
Business Development Major
Dear Applicant
Congratulations   ……You are getting this email because you have been selected within the short list of the
participants for the internship provided by Eco Space in the field of the Business Development.
What you will get:
1)- Take a training of 24 hours over 1 month in different areas of the selected major.
2)- Have the chance to apply what you learned by being assigned to definite tasks & real initiatives from day 1.
3)- Have the chance to meet experts in these fields and receive guidance and mentorship to be able to connect
what you learned with the practical life.
4)- Be awarded a certificate of experience as a record of your achievements by the end of the Internship.
The topics that will be covered in this major are:-
General Communication skills – 3 hours
General Presentation skills – 3 hours
All what you need to know about the Public Relations – 3 hours
Introduction about How to conduct a Market research – 3 hours
What is the Business model canvas? And how it is created? – 3 hours
How to prepare a successful high level marketing plan – working on real case study - 3 hours
How to make the SWOT analysis for effective decisions – working on real case study - 3 hours
General Topics and applications – 3 Hours
Applications on real tasks - On-Job Training
Important Note:-
1- The topics might be slightly changed as per needed to fit the needs of the final accepted participants.
2- It will be mandatory to apply all what you have learned through finishing real tasks along with your team.
General Notes:
1- The total number of Hours of this internship is: 100 Hours, and it is divided as listed below:-
a. 24 Hours in attending the training sessions (The final schedule will be published on 20th
July 2015)
b. 08 Hours are on-job training
c. 48 Hours shall be spent working at Eco Space Premises (12 hours per Week)
d. 12 Hours shall be spent working with the group (3 hours per Week)
e. 08 Hours in attending the general meetings at Eco Space Premises (2 hours per Week)
2- The Participant has to attend at least 80% of the total time to be eligible to have certificate of completion
3- There will be a weekly evaluation for the overall performance. Those who will obtain rate below than 65%
for 2 consecutive times will be eliminated from the internship.

Kindly note that in order to be finally accepted, you will need to go through the following steps:-
1- Pass the personal interview at the time and date as per mentioned within the body of the email
2- Pass the simulation team activities session that shall be held on 04th
August 2015 at 18:30 ~ 20:30
3- Read carefully the General Note and make sure that you understand them very well and accept them as they
are mandatory conditions to be within the internship.
4- You need to be sure that you are fully committed with the below detailed schedule, available and attend on
time, if you are not sure of this or have any doubts please state this within interview.
5- You will have to attend the general meeting of the teams as per the announced dates and time for each
team(s).
6- All the communications shall be documented through the Emails only; no coordination will be done verbally
from the team to Eco Space or vice versa. “Facebook messenger cannot be used for reporting or
coordinating with Eco Space team”
Who is Eco Space?
Eco Space is an irregular Co working space that works hard to support the students, professionals, startups with all
what they need to achieve their goals and developing their skills to fit the current competitive markets and the
workforce.
The main services that Eco Space offers are:
Providing equipped work place to enable the startups and professionals to delivering high level of services to
their clients
Providing customized training programs related to the capacity building for the youth.
Providing customized business consultation as per needed.
