T-Shirt will be designed by a buyer which is an exciting new business that
allows customer to custom design a shirt (specifically the design on the
front or back) any way that they would like. The company was founded by
Mastermind Group. Polo T-Shirt will have a well-established website, by
using this site buyers can easily buy any polo shirt, and payment method
will easy to use. This Imagine the ability to create a totally custom shirt.
We choose the style of the shirt, and then the image or graphic will be
added. This is the ultimate form of expression. There are no limits to what
we can communicate. Some people show their fanaticism for a particular
sports team, others a musician. We might have a social message or
cause on our product (Polo t-shirt). Whatever we may decide, we can
print any image on our product.

Introduction:
We have made this project for a new launching product
which is Polo t-shirt. By following our project a
company can achieve desired market share easily. In
our project we are going to show that, how a company
can fulfill customers demand and get more profit
simultaneously.

Polo T-Shirt will be segmented between two major segment artwork and
graphics by reviewing customer need we understand that our product has
high demand in market and in this region from weather condition it is clear
that, our product will be a very comfortable dress.
Affordable product, our Polo T-Shirt will be sold with high profit.
Polo T-Shirt is not a new inventory product, so there are many competitor
in market. We will use different marketing strategy overcome our
competitor. Competitor already have used many marketing strategy.
Usually we have no distributor. Our product will be sold to different internal
and foreign buyer. Then our product will be arrived to consumer. Defective
product will be sold in local market at low price.

It is very important for any company to build the right relationships with
the right customers involves treating customers as assets that need to be
managed and maximized. (Kotler and Armstrong 2015) We will emphasize
customer’s demands. We believe that if we able to fulfill customer’s
demand then we will be succeed. Usually we will take product concept
because we believe that, if we maintain quality, we will reach our ultimate
goal.
We will emphasize to product quality by adding feature we may create
value in order to capture values from customer’s in return.
Advertising = we will run ads in several young adult magazines.
Youth events=Many different events will be sponsored, such as music festivals
and sporting events.
Student groups=we will attempt to gain awareness of the different student
groups who actively purchase shirts for their members.

The company was founded by Mastermind Group. Polo T-Shirt will have a well-established website, by using this site buyers can easily buy any polo shirt, and payment method will easy to use. This Imagine the ability to create a totally custom shirt. We choose the style of the shirt, and then the image or graphic will be added. This is the ultimate form of expression. There are no limits to what we can communicate. Some people show their fanaticism for a particular sports team, others a musician.
