program, risk management policy and procedure, production tracking, technical
knowledge of constructing roads, foundations, substation, underground collection
line and environmental compliance. Work with project and site manager to help
the site team work together to accomplish tight deadlines and stay within budget. I
have developed a strong positive relationship with land owners that were hesitant

productive as before construction began.

coordinating and hiring grading resources for all projects. Support and ensure all

QA/QC engineer that all the documents and testing requirements are in place to
avoid noncompliance or testing issues that can effect quality and rework that
would incur extra costs. Provide project manager with a monthly cost to complete
report to project profit and loss for the project codes. Provide estimates and data
backup for change orders to the client. Review daily and weekly cost reports to
trade superintendents to monitor costs for each trade.
