Twenty five years of experience in construction specializing in URD,
directional boring, utility and roadway construction. Management
experience extends to supervision of multiple crews, staffing operations,
profit/loss tracking, customer base development and oversight of project
work in both bid and completion for a large local utility construction
company. I have taken the lead on the formation of drilling
operation/URD start-ups for 2 utility construction companies. Currently
involved in construction management and oversight inspection as a
contractor for BGE. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and
Powerpoint. I am also trained in using Asset Suite 8.

Work with hired contractors and BGE leadership to operate and
supervise cable replacement/horizontal directional boring program
for BGE underground work
Manage all aspects of cable replacement work which includes the
direct oversight of contractor resources and the replacement of
aging cable infrastructure
Provide Safety oversight in accordance with BGE and OSHA

Provide oversight to ensure that work is done to BGE standards
including proper depth, installation and restoration of all BGE

and now the Asset Suite 8 system and through an in-house created
Excel tracking system
Create in house work prints which are submitted for field use and
updating the feeder system through M&R. These prints are used be
designers to further the project if warranted past the reactive part.
Develop new process for billing through BGE Passport system
known as the CPA Ledger process

Maintained job placement and structure in-house to receive, create,
track and assign jobs for pro-active work and reactive work
(emergent)
Serve as an On-Call inspector for emergency and trouble jobs
Track safety of crews by monthly turn in of job site briefings and
report findings to supervisor.
Responsible for Power Point presentation for company and
contractor presentations
Lead inspector from June 2015 to finish (October 2015) on the
Mt.Airy/Westminster 12 inch gas transmission main installation
