commissioning of plant/machineries, implementation of safety, environment and HACCP &
OHS standards.
• Supervised construction of USD 38.5 Million hotel project and successfully carried out
commissioning and trials of entire plant & machinery/systems to streamline operations.
• Ensured compliance to statutory mandates in close liaison with local government agencies,
UN, IMF (World Bank Group since the project was funded by IMF and NORFUND (Norwegian
Govt.). During construction & preopening stage was reporting to Dir. Ops at Aiglemonte
(France).
• Structured SOPs, Policies and Procedures of Engg. Dept. adopted later for the entire Serena
group. Implemented international regulatory provisions pertaining to fire & safety,
