28. Three Component of Emotions
• Feeling – This is the private manifestation of
emotion. It is something we experience
internally
• Physiological Arousal – This is the distinct
somatic and autonomic response of our body to
stimulation. It is a constellation responses
producing racing heart, perspiration, tense
muscle, elevated blood pressure.
• Actions – The behavioral manifestation of the
state of being emotional. It is our body reaction
to a specific events.
