Training Entrepreneurship through an Open Educational Practice. The StartUp model
The Startup project aims to foster entrepreneurship through open educational resources (OER) by developing innovative methods to evaluate individual learning needs and creating a community for peer review and sharing. Funded under the KA3-ICT program, it involves seven partners across Europe and focuses on enhancing entrepreneurial skills, including business and management skills, through personalized training pathways. The project emphasizes collaboration and social learning, encouraging users to share and adapt educational materials to build a supportive learning community.
