prior to closing, such as purchase of private mortgage insurance.
 Contact title companies to request specified documents, such as receipt
for payment of outstanding tax bills.
 Verify accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents, such as
title abstract and insurance forms.
 Answer questions regarding closing requirements.
 Enter numbers and calculate loan interest and principal payment as well as
closing costs (using a computer or factor table and calculator).
 Type closing documents and assemble documents for delivery to title
companies, real estate brokers, or lending officers for closing.
 Record loan information in a log and on government reporting forms,
using a computer.
 Compile closed loan forms for delivery to marketing department for sale to
Investors.
 Coordinate data changes/updates with commitment desk/trading
 Interact with management to determine qualitative pricing
adjustments
 Load/validate/update deals in bulk purchase database and LOS

 Contacting Title company and Lawyers to obtain documents after closing.
 Receiving missing documents that Wilmington Financial has purchased.
 Reviewing Final Title policies which are purchased from Wilmington

 Ordering certified copies of Mortgages from County Clerks offices. General
 Office Administrative duties including typing, filing and shipping.
