and collect all conditions needed from brokers and put together for approved file before
submit to closing (such as rent roll, contract commitment, lease, income, hazard
insurance, title insurance, tax certification, wiring, survey, etc.) Contact and order
environmental insurance approval from Zurich North America. Responsible to cancel and
denied files status and ship to warehouse on due date.

for outstanding pipeline manage.
