Uddannelse af fagligt dygtige og entreprenante ingeniører bidrager i sig selv til innovation: Ansættelsen af en ingeniør eller anden højtuddannet i SMV’er medfører en stigning i antallet af ansatte, en stigning i lønnen og flere nyudviklede produkter ( Rambøll Management / IDA) Corporate Innovation - Produktiviteten er i gennemsnit steget med 10 % om året i seks år i de virksomheder, der har samarbejdet med DTU (Damvad).
