The exhaust containing at least CO2, N2 and H2O are first enrich with the aerosol
consisting liquid water microdroplets, then the mixture so formed is influenced by
direct current but spontaneously pulsing electric discharges with an operating
voltage of 1-25 kV stabilized by electric resistance in the range 1 to 10 MΩ and
residence time of gas inside system between 1-2 seconds. The applied specific
energy is 2-15 Wh/m3. The gas is influenced also by the autocatalytic effect of the
                   organo-metallic layer formed on electrodes.
