understanding of what they are and how I can develop them not only gives me a

As the Building a Boise Bridge project continues, I have really enjoyed getting to
know the teachers and students working on this project a little more! This project
takes place at Taft Elementary School, which is a public school in the Boise School

take away from that video is what causes earth quakes, what are the strongest type of
earthquake, and how do we measure earthquakes. The second video the class watched,
showed video footage of the aftermath of some earthquakes that have happened in
history. The video showed destruction of buildings, and how earthquakes can cause
tsunamis and the destruction that tsunamis also cause. The point of this video was to
show the students how important the engineering of building is, and got them to start
thinking about their own bridges and how they can withstand an earthquake. We did

My Experience In My Middle School
Middle school changes lives, it s as simple as that. It changes everything that you
know about yourself and your abilities, and turns it upside down. When you walk
through the doors on your first day of school, you are confident and ready for
everything to come, but by the last day of eighth grade, you are exhausted, almost as
if the school itself sucked the life right out of you. And yet, you have new friends,
amazing teachers, and new interests that you had never even given a second thought
before middle school. I myself have had many experiences in the middle school,

Waiting to find out my internship placement, interviewing with my placement, and
starting work has been the most exciting part of my graduate education to date. I
was placed with Walton County Department of Family and Children Services
(DFCS) and started working with them in the last week of September. The
transition from the classroom to the field has been smooth with my classes having
equipped me for the field work I have already done and hopefully for the field work
to come. While the transition from classroom to field has been smooth, it has been
drastically different working with DFCS from reading in textbooks and class
lectures. At my field placement, I have been able to interact with clients and get to
know them on a first name basis. Meeting real clients has been fascinating. Not
only do I get to learn about what is going on in their lives, I also get to learn about
how they feel about it, what they think about it, and see their expressions and
emotions as they relay this information to me. Face to face interaction with a client
is unlike anything that can be gathered from a textbook. We have textbooks that
give scenarios and scripted interviews, but a book is never able to fully capture the
same experience as when you actually talk to a client. Even if a client s problem(s)

The Apaches, like most Native Americans, have no written history other than that
written by white men. But the story of the Apaches did not begin in the American
Southwest but in the northwestern corner of North America, the western Subarctic
region of Alaska and Canada. The Apache Indians belong to the southern branch of
the Athabascan group, whose languages constitute a large family, with speakers in

The hostility between the Apache and the Spanish settlers increased when New
Mexico became a Spanish Colony . From the time of the Spanish colonization until
