something new every day and I was able to through working closely with my techs and ask questions
so I could better assist the customers and possibly be able to save on a service call and be able to
help customers with my knowledge.

My greatest accomplishment at this job was that over a year in a half I was given three pay raises and trained in
every aspect of the office and location. I was hired as just a receptionist and within just two months they started
cross training me to do more. Was hired as part time and was given more hours as the responsibilities grew. For
about three months corporate trusted me to run the office until they could hire a manager which when they did I
trained. After about six months my manager would allow me to transfer the work lines to my cell phone so I could
work from home as long as my office responsibilities were finished. In this position it gave me a reward feeling
knowing I could prove myself and be allowed to grow.
