Job Description At Indovax Pvt Ltd
• Management of Documentation System.
• To prepare master documents like Specification, Analytical Method Validation protocols and
reports, SOPs STP and Stability Protocol.
• Management of CAPA System by review of plan as per investigations/Root causes analysis.
Follow ups, verification and closure of CAPA.
• Handling of Incident/Deviations and its related investigations.
• Planning and conduct of internal audits. Follow up for compliance of audit observations.
• To perform validation and re-validation of equipments.
• To manage QC activities on routine basis at the site with respect to, microbiology i.e
Environmental monitoring of classified areas, Sterility testing of the finished product & In-process
bulk samples as well as Qunatification of antigen and antibody titer in Live and Inactivated
vaccine finished product
• Real time, Accelerated and Hold time Stability testing of Bulks, finished Products & vaccine
diluents.
• Preparation and calibration of In-house reference standards.
• To ensure the compliance of Environmental monitoring plan.

• During OCT 2013 to APR 2014 Completed, training at Indovax Pvt. Ltd. Hisar, Haryana; under
BITP of BCIL collaborated with DBT learning basic principle of New castle disease virus
vaccines production and its quality control.
Project Title during Training: “Study of Intracerebral Pathogenicity Index and Immunogenicity
of the New Castle Disease (ND) vaccine Viruses currently under use in India”
• During B.Tech the project was DESIGNING AND OPTIMISATION OF MICROBIAL
FUEL CELL, i.e. Utilization of waste water / slurry was to produce electricity.
• Done summer training, in 2012, of 30 days held by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Agriculture
University Meerut. On Handling of Molecular biology Techniques. Learn basic techniques of
molecular biology.
• Done summer training, in 2011, of 30 days held at SWEGA LABORATORY, Muzaffar nagar
in Quality control. Gaining knowledge of managing quality in a pharmaceutical industry.
