String theory predicts 11 dimensions, with 10 defining space and 1 defining time. This document proposes that space and time are quantized into discrete "quantum cells" at the Planck scale, and that additional non-local dimensions exist as a grid stretching between these quantum cells. This model aims to explain non-local quantum phenomena like entanglement through influences passing faster than light through the extra dimensions. Energy and information are proposed to flow through this dimensional grid to trigger probabilities and enable propagation of particles between quantum cells in a way that maintains causality at light speed.
