This document provides an overview of India's socio-economic and political situation. It identifies several problems facing the country, including lack of good governance, corruption in politics and bureaucracy, poor education and employment opportunities. To achieve its vision of becoming a developed nation by 2020, India must generate sufficient employment, ensure food security and improve education funding. However, significant reforms are needed to separate powers between the legislature, judiciary and bureaucracy and reduce the influence of dynastic political families and criminal elements. Investments must also be redirected from wasteful projects to priority areas like healthcare, education and rural development. Overall, transformational change is needed to establish accountable leadership and governance systems for India to realize its full potential.
2014 elections are going to be definitely transformative insofar as the socio-political landscape of the country is concerned. We see a decisive mandate and a stable government.

UP Election 2017: It's no longer about caste & religionInves Trekk
The political consciousness of the people of Uttar Pradesh, has evolved materially in past one decade. Contrary to the popular narrative, the caste and religion, though still relevant, are not the primary considerations in the voters' mind. Nowhere, the voters are inclined to elect a candidate purely on the basis of caste or religion.
Though these are still early days and the situation could change dramatically in next few days, I would still hazard an assessment of the election outcome.
In my view BJP will emerge as the single largest party, if Congress allies with SP or BSP.
Otherwise, BJP is poised to get a strong majority on its own.

Final planning for plastic road by kjanand kjanand
- Plastic roads use plastic waste like bags and bottles that are collected, shredded, and mixed with hot bitumen. This allows the plastic to melt and coat the aggregate for road construction like a normal tar road.
- Laboratory studies show that adding waste plastic to bituminous road mixes can enhance the properties of the mix, including improved strength, rut resistance, and stripping resistance. This provides a solution for plastic disposal.
- The process of planning a plastic road involves three stages - an initial stage to set up collection and processing of plastic waste, an improvement stage to increase the percentage of plastic added, and an implementation stage where plastic is added directly during hot mix production.
- Plastic roads use plastic waste like bags, cups and bottles that are collected from dumps and mixed with hot bitumen. This mixture is laid on the road surface like normal tar roads.
- Laboratory studies found that adding waste plastic to bituminous mixes enhances the properties of the mix and improves binding. This provides a solution for plastic disposal while increasing the quality of road construction.
- The use of waste plastics in road construction provides benefits like increased strength and load capacity of roads, reduced maintenance needs, and environmental benefits of reusing non-biodegradable plastic waste.

The document discusses key aspects of the proposed Goods and Services Tax (GST) bill in India from 2015, including:
1) The bill aims to introduce a unified indirect tax replacing existing taxes and creating a harmonized market. However, it does not fully conform to an ideal GST by deferring taxes on some petroleum products and allowing additional taxes on inter-state trade.
2) The GST Council will recommend tax rates and other policies, consisting of the Union Finance Minister and state Finance Ministers.
3) Parliament may provide compensation to states for revenue losses from GST for up to five years.
4) While GST intends to broaden the tax base and reduce distortions,

The document proposes treating professions of education, engineering, and medicine as military services in India. It suggests removing reservations for entrance exams for these fields and instead implementing 100% reservation for clerical/support jobs based on caste and income. Professionals would receive military training and be required to serve compulsory terms in their home district and state. This would strengthen the country by developing skills, stopping brain drain, improving quality, and fulfilling social equality goals through reserved support positions. Benefits include solid development, increased quality, and military-level benefits and pensions for professionals.

This document proposes treating professions of education, engineering, and medicine in India like military services. It argues that removing caste-based reservations from college admissions and instituting a mandatory public service period after graduation would improve quality and strengthen the country. Key benefits include stopping brain drain, raising quality of professionals and products, fulfilling social equality through reservations in non-professional government jobs, and allowing better planning through professionals serving local districts. Comments are sought to improve the proposal.

Designing and Sustaining Large-Scale Value-Centered Agile Ecosystems (powered...Alexey Krivitsky
Is Agile dead? It depends on what you mean by 'Agile'. If you mean that the organizations are not getting the promised benefits because they were focusing too much on the team-level agile "ways of working" instead of systemic global improvements -- then we are in agreement. It is a misunderstanding of Agility that led us down a dead-end. At Org Topologies, we see bright sparks -- the signs of the 'second wave of Agile' as we call it. The emphasis is shifting towards both in-team and inter-team collaboration. Away from false dichotomies. Both: team autonomy and shared broad product ownership are required to sustain true result-oriented organizational agility. Org Topologies is a package offering a visual language plus thinking tools required to communicate org development direction and can be used to help design and then sustain org change aiming at higher organizational archetypes.

The Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh is a cornerstone of the economy, but increasing costs and stagnant productivity pose significant challenges to profitability. This study explores the implementation of Lean Management in the Sampling Section of RMG factories to enhance productivity. Drawing from a comprehensive literature review, theoretical framework, and action research methodology, the study identifies key areas for improvement and proposes solutions.
Through the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), the research identifies low productivity as the primary problem in the Sampling Section, with a PPH (Productivity per head) of only 4.0. Using Lean Management techniques such as 5S, Standardized work, PDCA/Kaizen, KANBAN, and Quick Changeover, the study addresses issues such as pre and post Quick Changeover (QCO) time, improper line balancing, and sudden plan changes.
The research employs regression analysis to test hypotheses, revealing a significant correlation between reducing QCO time and increasing productivity. With a regression equation of Y = -0.000501X + 6.72 and an R-squared value of 0.98, the study demonstrates a strong relationship between the independent variables (QCO downtime and improper line balancing downtime) and the dependent variable (productivity per head).
The findings suggest that by implementing Lean Management practices and addressing key productivity inhibitors, RMG factories can achieve substantial improvements in efficiency and profitability. The study provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to enhance productivity in the RMG industry and similar manufacturing sectors.

A. Meaning of Party Fund and party 5
B. Origin of party and party funds 6
C. Trends in party funds and corruptions 8
3. Introduction:
Money is the matter of four things.
a. Medium
b.Measure
c.Standard
d.Store
Money is a medium to do any thing, such, if some person want to travel to other
country, to buy tickets needs money. To purchase the any items from market
needs money.
The rate of this house is 20 lacs, that house is 10 lacs.
He is wearing a glass, good shoe etc, which standardised the things.
To keep in store it is only money, money, money.
4. Introduction
In this economic age, nothing is possible, without money. No one can survive without
money.
Take the smaller part of family to society to village to panchayat /municiplicity to state to
country to world, everywhere there is a requirement of money. To rise and to go bed
there is a need of money.
Money is really a very important tool to do anything.
When group of persons forms the party, they needs funds to run the party, hence party
needs the money.
Any party without money is helpless. All plan and programmes of the party need money.
Without money not a single party can run for any more.
Hence all party needs to seriously think about, how to collect the funds.
Funds may be in the form of different form, but it should be very open.
Before discussion of anything regarding party fund, it is essential to discuss regarding, what
is a party.
5. A party is a group of similar visionary leader, who
planning for people, acting for people and it is runned by
the people for the sake of people/state/country.
It is really a most important body of the society
/state/country.
Now the question arising, what is a party fund?
It should be defined as under-
Party fund is a fund is collected by the similar visionary
leader for the party, to make a planning and doing the
party work for the sake of people/society/country.
Party fund is a most essential tools and it is blood of the
Party.
6. A. Meanings of Party funds
and party
The meaning of party fund is a funds required for the daily expenses,
expenses includes to advertisement of party, development of party,
increase the activity of the party, selection of candidate and election
expenses.
Any planning of the party without fund should not be implemented.
Hence party funds are very essential. It is just like the blood of the
body.
Let’s imagine a body without blood is useless. Like same a good party
without fund cannot implement any thing.
Party is a most essential group of leader who is ruling the
society/village/state/country.
Party fund is an essential tool to strengthen the party in all fronts.
Any party in country is the bones of the country.
Hence party fund is a most essential fund and it should very open and a
part of the Governments.
7. B. Origin of party and party
funds
Party, we will define in this way from the root to clear the all people.
Go behind the time, when there was no civilisition.People was living in jungle.
No two human was living along with due to unawareness of civilization.
What happened that time for the human, any animal may kill them.
After some time. Human got a vision to live together in folk, in which all are deciding for safety,
it’s also solves the problem of food. When human was in folk they can kill the other animal.
To run this folk, some leader raised, who is leading this folk.
Time has gone, this folk is converted in family and they are living one place and make a
society, futher run the society, some leader rising who is leading the whole society, it solves the
following prolem,first,food,water and safety.
As society feels, we are much safer and benefitted if we living in society under one
leadership,Fews leaders of society is discussed with leader of others society and forms a
village and further it is state and country.
Hence leader is a most essential for civilization and fulfill the the needs of the human.
When various similar minded leader of various society is meets one place they form a party, to
work together to implement the common
8. Origins of party and party
fundsIn the level of lower, there is no funds is required but once we taken in large there is a
need of funds to the concerned party to do the all activity by the similar minded
leader.
Hence now fund is the most important for the party.
Now the question arise how this fund will come.
If we are discussing the party funds, we should be very clear.Ist go to lower level, as
leader is working for family, funds is coming from family only, If any leader is
working for society/village fund is coming from society/village only.
In the same way if leader form the party at state level, fund will come from state/state
govt only.
In the same way, if party is working for country, funds will come from country govt
only.
Hence we can say party and party funds is the origin of civilizations.
9. Origins of party and party

10. C. Trends in party funds and
corruptions
Public is the main who is contributing the party funds in every world. It is very obvious
some public is giving less some one more. It is very real to here discuss about the
collection of party funds.
In India collection of party funds is as under.-
The party member contributing in the form of fees. The member of party, who is involving
in contributing the party funds, he is collecting from Bussinessman, service people etc.
In real sense, party is collecting as under-
1. Bussinessman people contributing the funds to the either ruling party or opposition
party. As per benefit, bussiness man is contributing the funds.
2. For the personal benefit also, govt employee is contributing the funds to the leader.
In real sense if we are studying a situation, here we are finding the above facts.
Businessman, officer are contributing the funds for leader not to the party. And leader is
contributing to the party
11. To understand better let us
take a Case study of chief
minister of Jharkhand.
It is well known to whole world that madhukora earns tremendous of assests in few years of
chiefministryship.
Madhu kora is independent leader; he has no party, when he becomes the chief minister, all
secretaries of various divisions given their suggestion.
Madhukora is a vision less, he thinks I have to make the money for the ever ends.
As per advice of secretary, he given so many permission to the various steel industry and other
industry, He allotted the land also, even some land have agriculture land.
The various party and businessman have given crores of crores to signing the documents in
the name of party funds. The secretary also took the crores of crores.
Even the all team of secretary and chief minister is earned in crores.
Even a peon is also earned in crores for finalizing the different dealings.
Collection of money does not end in this level.
12. To understand better let us
take a Case study of chief
minister of Jharkhand
Collection of money does not end in this level. Every year there is a need of transfer of the staff.Transfering of
staff means playing of money.
Every collector/DM giving a good amount of money to the minister for suitable posting this should in terms of
crores.
Executive Engineers/SE of various division is paying to minister as per posting. Similarly police
inspector/DSP/daroga is paying as per area.
Similarly income tax officer and other all government officials paying heavily to their minister or leader for
transfer and posting, as party funds.
When any opposition is opposing, he should also be called as partner to pay some money. It is very popular in
India if and small leader want money, he is going to govt office and shouting on officer and telling I open the all
game, what you are doing.
What happened, the officer is paying them. Where is media?
Media who is most important, when any individual going to publish this issue, he is getting good money from
officer or leader.
Why not we can say media is also purchased by the officer or businessman or by leader. Media people are in
heavy corruption.
Collecting the money by the needy businessman, is it not it is making our whole govt system and media
13. 3. Effect of party funds in India
The way is finding out by the leader to collecting the party fund is very dangerous.
Whole world looked the story of purchasing of MP in last govt.
The way party fund is collected will affecting the whole system of economy.
a. Leader is going to be pro for the bussinessman; means businessman is ruling the Govt.
B.The whole system of govt is going to be involved in collecting the partyfund, and individually
going to be highly corrupt.
C.A corrupt officer or corrupt have no morale value.
D.The real beneficiary, who is unable to get the benefits of the policy, becomes nexlites or criminal.
E.The cost of any project is increasing due to wrong way of collecting the party fund
F.Economy of country will either behind the big business people or around the Nexalites.
To name of collection of party fund, leaders or minister making the whole govt officials and media a
machinery to collect the money by business people,to give extra benefit for the leader or senior
officers.
14. 4. A best Methodology in
collection of party funds and
strengthens the party
A govt system which needs more open and clear.Govt is for pulic, by public and made
by public. In Indian democracy public is the king.
Public is creating the leader and leader creating the party, and party forming the govt,
and rulling.Govt official is the employee of the public.
Hence participitation of public is most essential.
In present system the participitation of public who is real king, is only up to vote. There
is a casting of vote % is only around 50% . And participation in govt is hardly 10-
15%
It is essential to any party go in lower level and increases this figure to 100%.
As it is observed that most of the individual either govt official or MP or minister is
becoming corrupt.
15. Hence this is a good time to seriously think about one or
two party system, we have to seriously think about the
morale of minister, MP, and officials, and it is needs to
continuous control the system from lower level to higher
level, by the direct participation of pubic and continuous
and regular common meeting outside the Govt.
It is good time to think over the collection of party funds
in real open manner to control the any types of
corruption at any level.
It is most essential as leader is the representative of
public, he must be honest man, as ultimately, public and
country are depending on him
In present a discussion is formulated to making strong
vision on party and party funds.
There are various alternative may used to collect the
party funds.
16. Most appropriate Alternatives-
Party has to make the office at country level, state level, at district level at
panchayat/municiplicity level, at village/society level. Most of the party does not
have.
B.There must be an in charge and team to be selected for the various levels.
C.Motto of party should be very clear at every level. The meaning of motto is duty
and responsibility of the concerned division.
D.There must be a weekly review at each level.
E.Duty and responsibility is as under.
At village/society level-
-All party should utilize the available temple/church/mosque or any other public
land and building for party office.
-Office must have one register to write the grievances by the villages/society
people.
-Every week on Sunday, the grievances should be tackled, if it is possible to
handle at village level, it should be solved or it should be transferred to the higher
level. On Sunday meeting is compulsory.
