This document summarizes a research study that examined the influence of product quality, brand image, and brand trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty for Samsung smartphones in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The study surveyed 185 Samsung smartphone users and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling. collection was carried out through email contact, telephone, WA and direct interviews with alumni. The data
collected and processed using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of the SPSS programme,
the following data regression parameter results are tested with the t test, R square test and F test. The results
showed that the performance of alumni of Management Study Program FEB Unram seen from the length of the
process of getting a job is included in the fast category, seen from the salary (take hume pay) received is
included in the medium category. The competence of alumni of Management Study Program FEB Unram
related to; Integrity (Ethics and Morals), Mastery of Information Technology, Communication, Teamwork, and
Self-Development is included in the very high category, while Expertise based on the field of science is
included in the high category, Foreign Language (English) ability with moderate category. Of the seven
competency variables tested, only the English competency variable has a significant effect on the performance
of alumni of the Management Study Programme FEB Universitas Mataram.

This document summarizes the results of a survey of 1,000 Bulgarian businesses regarding their corporate communications practices. The survey found that larger companies are more likely to have formal internal communication systems and maintain a positive public image through PR. However, many smaller businesses do not recognize the importance of corporate communications. While internal communications are common, external image maintenance is less prioritized. The study recommends Bulgarian businesses further develop integrated corporate communications strategies to boost competitiveness.

On November 26, 2012, 25 topics related to current marketing issues in the Federal Territory of Labuan were presented at the Marketing Research Colloquium 2012 by final year undergraduate students from the University Malaysia Sabah, Labuan International Campus. 105 students presented their research findings in 25 groups on topics such as environmental values and lifestyles as determining factors of ecological consumer behavior. The colloquium enabled students to examine current marketing issues and their relationship to community attitudes and buying behaviors in Labuan.

This research aims to reveal factors that drive online shops owned by the student of the university in Bandung which utilizes Instagram for marketing efforts. This research uses three theories stated by Morissan (2010), Joseph (2011) and Strauss and Frost (2009) then synthesis those factors and uses 21 factors to analyze with Factor Analysis methodology. The samples of respondents are online shops owned by students. The total sample is 101 respondents. From the Rotated Component Matrix, this research indicates 7 factors and purposes of the new driver factors through the labeling process. As the result, this research creates 7 new driver factors motivated and driven online shops owned by students to utilize Instagram for marketing efforts, consist of: Learning and Responsive Feedback factor, Limitless Shopping Benefits factor, Cash-less factor, Efficient Communication factor, Easy Customization, Relation and Distribution factor, and Extensive Market Target factor. For future research, the authors suggest conducting empirical research.

: Social media marketing is one medium that can be used to build and maintain brand loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of campaigns advantageous offer, offer relevant contents, offer popular content, apprears on various platforms, offer applications on social media brand loyalty conducted at the University Budi Luhur, Jakarta. Data analysis used regression method with 325 respondents. The sampling technique used a proportional random sampling. Validity and reliability tests are used in testing instruments. The results of this study indicate that offer advantageous campaigns, offer relevant contents, offer popular content, apprears on various platforms, offer applications on social media has a significant influence on brand loyalty. The benefit of social media marketing is one of them as a customer relationship management. Suggestions for further research are able to use variables such as trust and service quality.

The abstract discusses some biochemical markers that can predict pre-eclampsia. It states that tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) directly damages vascular endothelial cells and increases endothelial permeability, which may result in secretion of vasoactive substances and increased vascular permeability and coagulation. This involvement of TNF-α in the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia means it may identify patients at high risk for the condition and serve as a marker of severity. Preeclamptic women also have abnormal lipid metabolism and profiles due to pre-eclampsia, and this alteration in lipid metabolism may play a key role in developing symptoms.

The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. Abstract
This study examined relationships among brand experience, brand image and
customer satisfaction by using Facebook as the research object. Facebook.com as the
new communication media becomes popular around the world. Based on the main
purpose of product and service to achieve customer satisfaction, the study indicated
that brand experience and brand image had a positive influence to support that goal.
Its samples were university students in Indonesia and were analyzed based on three
variables i.e brand experience, brand image and customer satisfaction. Brand
experience consists of four dimensions (1) sensory, (2) affective, (3) behavioral, (4)
intellectual. Brand image consists of eight items. Customer satisfaction consists of six
items. This research indicated that brand experience had positive influence to brand
image and customer satisfaction. However, brand image had positive influence to
customer satisfaction.
