Abstract
The paper is designed to provide a quantitative measure of corporate social responsibility
for the tourism in Upper Northeastern Thailand. The purpose of this study is to develop
the model of corporate social responsibility in tourism industry. Specifically, the objective
of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of the four-factor model in corporate
social responsibility. The research mainly involves a survey design. It includes a pilot test
using undergraduate business and tourism students at UdonThani Rajabhat University for
pretesting questionnaire items. In addition, this investigate into corporate practices,
corporate social responsibility, corporate environmental responsibility, and corporate
customer responsibility attributes necessitates uncovering variables of interest and this
involves a large-scale field study. The data are collected via personal questionnaires from
359 samples. They include the tourists in 3 provinces such as UdonThani, Nongkhai,
Loei. Respondents are asked to rate, on a five-point Likert scale, their agreement or
disagreement on the corporate social responsibility attributes. LISREL program is used for
data analysis since the proposed model is a simultaneous system of equations having
latent constructs and multiple indicators. Quantitative data are analyzed by the statistical
techniques, namely exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. It is
found from the study that the effect of corporate practices on corporate customer
responsibility through corporate social responsibility and corporate environmental
responsibility. The managerial implications are discussed.

To this end, we use a regression-based iterative algorithm to determine the weights for survey questions in the scoring process. Next, we generate classification models to classify individuals into risk-averse and risk-seeking categories, using a subset of survey questions. We illustrate the methodology through a sample survey with 656 respondents. We find that the demographic (indirect) questions can be almost as successful as risk-related (direct) questions in predicting risk preference classes of respon-dents. Using a decision-tree based classification model, we discuss how one can generate actionable business rules based on the findings.

Compared with the private sector, public institutions have more cumbersome structure. Structural changes are very important at the state institutions that have intense bureaucracy and cannot be effectively managed. In our country, at the beginning of 2000s public reforms were initiated. This study aims to resolve many problems in public institutions. In particular, issues such as strategic management and performance management began to be considered carefully. As a result of this study, our country has come up with a new understanding of public administration. Concepts such as justice, equality and objectivity have also been effective in putting public business ethics and social responsibility concepts on the agenda. In this study, we have attempted to reveal the effects of the judicial reform strategy in our country. For this purpose, a review has been conducted over the Court of Justice Kırıkkale organization unit. In the study, business ethics and social responsibility perceptions of the staff working in various departments were analyzed. Goal is to reveal the importance of these two concepts within service. In interviews and survey performed with 111 staff, relations with variables such as gender, length of service and duty have been analyzed. At the results of the research part of the study; it was revealed that business ethics and social responsibility have a significant impact over the formation of the organizational image

Banks is one of public sector which take part in relation with the communities by doing operational activities as a concern to their stakeholders. In banking sector, employees have authorities and powers in affecting the company. The aim of this research was analyze the influence of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to the organizational commitment which mediated by organizational trust. Sample in this research were employees on private banks in Malang by using total sampling and SEMPLS analysis. The results showed that employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities directly influenced organizational commitment. The influence of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to organizational commitment enhanced by organizational trust.

This study aimed to identify factors involved in developing Entrepreneur school and understanding the Executive requirements of these schools in Educational system of Iran (Case Study of MAZANDARAN province). Relying on the theory of organizational entrepreneurship and data based theory (Grounded Theory) the factors effective in creating a school for entrepreneurs were identified. The population of the study in Interview section was 20 experts in the Field of educational sciences from the University of Educators, entrepreneurship teachers and school administrators and for qualitative validation were 20 faculty members of University of Educators and school administrators. The research tools were open interview and content analysis techniques .The research findings indicate that the two groups factors of inside and outside organization and 3 dimensions of personal, organizational and environmental abilities and 16 components of Features (psychological , attitude, motivational), management style, organizational ,Mental and interpersonal skills, new methods of reward, management support, Delegate, deadline, curricula system , strategic orientation, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education, space and equipments, government policies, socio-economic and cultural conditions, financial and non-financial support are effective in building this kind of entrepreneur school. Also the results of qualitative validation or questionnaire distribution in the first step have resulted to the Removal of the concepts of parental education; parental social status and evaluation system due to an average of less than 4.In the implementation of the second round questionnaire, Kendal correlation coefficient was calculated and Kendall's w = 0.705 was obtained, suggesting a strong consensus among panel members in the research.

This research was conducted with the background of the CSR activities that are usually done by the company including the BPR industry. So far, CSR has not been adjusted to the values of local wisdom. One of the values of local wisdom in Bali that can be adopted by companies is the cultural value THK. Therefore, this study has the objective to explain the model of CSR-based cultural values THK. This study used a qualitative approach using key informants are stakeholders of the BPR industry, consisting of: the director of BPR, BPR commissioner, banking analyst, cultural experts, and academics. The number of informants there are as many as 15 people. The results showed that the BPR in Bali has implemented CSR activities such as: providing funding punia to pretend, to invite employees to tirta yatra, took off in the days of Hinduism, planting trees, using conditioned taste, using office facilities friendly environment, provide a decent salary, give a reasonable interest rate, giving social assistance to orphanages / nursing, until there doing house renovation. The various CSR activities when combined with cultural concepts THK then be grouped into parahyanganbased CSR, CSR-based pawongan, and CSR-based palemahan. All this THK-based CSR activities have a positive impact for all stakeholders BPR industry in Bali, such as: maintenance of harmonious relations with the BPR employees, customers and the surrounding community, the preservation of the natural environment is good, and the increased performance of BPR.

Social media is a new experience that change operates of business environment. The quality of accessibility and most cost effective marketing way are its gains today. Businesses are able to gain access to advantages that were otherwise not available to them. Meanwhile, the hotel industry is one of the rapidly growing labour intensive industry actively pursuing contemporary marketing strategies applicable as to remain competitive. Hence, hoteliers need to rethink their strategy of marketing to manage among others which includes the social media. This research is to study the mediating effects of social media on the relationships between human skill and competitive advantage in which 331 were the sample size of executive grade officers in Sri Lankan star graded hotels. In this study mainly use the primary data which were collected through questionnaire survey. The quantitative data were analysis using SPSS for correlation and Soble equation. Results indicated that the mediating effects on the relationship between social media and competitive advantage. There were positive correlations among the human skill, social media and competitive advantage.

In BC’s nearly-decade-old “new” curriculum, the curricular competencies describe the processes that students are expected to develop in areas of learning such as mathematics. They reflect the “Do” in the “Know-Do-Understand” model. Under the “Communicating” header falls the curricular competency “Explain and justify mathematical ideas and decisions.” Note that it contains two processes: “Explain mathematical ideas” and “Justify mathematical decisions.” I have broken it down into its separate parts in order to understand--or reveal--its meaning. The first part is commonplace in classrooms. By now, BC math teachers—and students—understand that “Explain mathematical ideas” means more than “Show your work.” Teachers consistently ask “What did you do?” and “How do you know?” This process is about retelling, not just of steps but of thinking. The second part happens less frequently. Think back to the last time that you observed a student make—a necessary precursor to justify—a mathematical decision. “Justify” is about defending. Like “explain,” it involves reasoning; unlike “explain,” it also involves opinion and debate. In order to reinterpret the curricular competency “Explain and justify mathematical ideas and decisions,” I will continue to take apart its constituent part “Justify mathematical decisions” and carefully examine the term “mathematical decisions.” What, exactly, is a “mathematical decision”? Below, I will categorize answers to this question. These categories, and the provided examples, may help to suggest new opportunities for students to justify.

The purpose of this study is to develop the model of corporate social responsibility in tourism industry. Specifically, the objective of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of the four-factor model in corporate social responsibility. The research mainly involves a survey design. It includes a pilot test using undergraduate business and tourism students at UdonThani Rajabhat University for pretesting questionnaire items. In addition, this investigate into corporate practices, corporate social responsibility, corporate environmental responsibility, and corporate customer responsibility attributes necessitates uncovering variables of interest and this involves a large-scale field study. The data are collected via personal questionnaires from 359 samples. They include the tourists in 3 provinces such as UdonThani, Nongkhai, Loei. Respondents are asked to rate, on a five-point Likert scale, their agreement or disagreement on the corporate social responsibility attributes. LISREL program is used for data analysis since the proposed model is a simultaneous system of equations having latent constructs and multiple indicators. Quantitative data are analyzed by the statistical techniques, namely exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. It is found from the study that the effect of corporate practices on corporate customer responsibility through corporate social responsibility and corporate environmental responsibility.
