The distillation of spirits has a very long and prominent history, beginning with the ancient Greeks. These civilizations ascribed sacred powers to the intoxicating liquids, emerging with their experiments with wine distillation. Nowadays, new craft distillers use high-tech equipment to make their whiskey, gin, and other spirits. But they still are based on the same laws of fractional distillation that humans have been using to produce alcohol for centuries. Here is a breakdown of how distillation works. Determination of Spectral Power Distribution and Spectral Mismatch Factor for...IJERA Editor
The present research aimed to investigate some lighting characteristics of six commercial compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs). The lighting characteristics such as spectral power distributions (SPDs), and spectral mismatch correction factor (SCF) to human response eye curve V(λ) have important roles on visual health effects of the lamps. A set up based on National Institute of standards of Egypt (NIS) Spectroradiometer ocean optics HR 2000 with uncertainty 4.7% and the photometric bench has been used for measuring the spectral power distribution of the lamps to determine the spectral mismatch correction factor. Calculations of comparative analysis have been done for spectral mismatch correction factor (SCF) to human response curve V (λ). The spectral power distributions (SPDs) diagrams for the commercial compact lamps (CFLs) showed typical CFLs response, with a few narrow spectral peaks. The histogram for comparison of spectral mismatch factor shows the spectral mismatch factor for each CFL lamp and the degree of perfectly spectral matching with human response eye curve V (λ). Data analysis was performed and uncertainty model includes all parameters accompanied with the measurements are calculated.
In this research, we propose a novel recommendation for improving CCT-D and lumen output (LO) of the 6600K in-cup packaging white LEDs (ICP-WLEDs) by varying its particle concentration. By using Light Tools and Mat lab software based on the Mie Theory, we derive the influence of the red phosphor particle’s concentration on the D-CCT and LO. The results show that the CCT-D are significantly affected when the concentration of the red phosphor varying from 0% to 1.8%. The CCT-D decreases from 4000K to 2200K and LO increases from 800 lm to 1300 lm.

Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ phosphor for enhancing the optical quality of the 6600K CPW-...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
Compared with conventional lamps, LED-based light sources have a superior lifetime, efficiency, and reliability, which promise significant reductions in power consumption and pollution from fossil fuel power plants. The main purpose of this paper is proposed and investigated the effect of the concentration of Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+conversion phosphor on the CCT deviation (D-CCT) and lumen output (LO) of the 6600 K conformal-packaging white LEDs (CPW-LEDs). For this purpose, we used the Light Tools and Mat Lab software to investigate this problem. From the research results, we can state that the concentration of the red phosphor crucially influenced on the optical quality of the 6600 K CPW-LEDs. The D-CCT can be decreased from 4700K to 2500K, and the LO can be increased from 600 lm. to 1200 lm. This research can provide the new recommendation for LEDs industry at this time.

Investigation of Structural and Thermal Properties of Nanostructured PANIijtsrd
In this paper, we report a preparation of poly aniline (PANI) nanostructure by oxidative polymerisation in presence of HCl as do pant. The structural, morphological and thermal properties of as-prepared PANI was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), UV-Visible diffuse reflectance spectrophotometer (DRS), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA).It is found that the morphology of PANI is fibril like shape with band gap of 2.74eV. Thermal conductivity of PANI nanostructure was calculated as a function of temperature. B. Sathish Mohan | Y. Pavan Kumar | D. Ramadevi | K. In this paper, Palladium (Pd) nanoparticales (NPs) at different concentrations (150 and 500) capped with poly
(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) were Synthesized by a polyol reduction method in an ethylene glycol solution at
temperature of 45C˚. The structural and optical properties of Pd NPs has been investigated, all thin films were
tested using X-ray diffraction (XRD), all XRD peaks can be indexed as face centered cubic (FCC)
Structure, with strong crystalline orientation at (111) plane. The morphology properties of the prepared films
were study by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) the results indicated that all films have nanoscale grain size
around 80 nm and Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM) images show spherical nanoscale particles with clusters
shape. The size of the particles decreased with increasing of concentrations.
Characterization of excitation source LEDs and sensors without filters for me...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
This paper presents the characterization of excitation source LEDs and sensors without filters for measuring fluorescence in fluorescein and green leaf extract. For this purpose, eight light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were used with the following characteristics: one blue, one green, one red, one infrared, and four violets. The first four LEDs were used as sensors without filters to detect fluorescence induced by the other four violet LEDs in 11 samples of different fluorescein concentrations and in 14 samples of different dilutions of green leaf extract. The results show that infrared LEDs can detect the red emission of green leaf extract and red and infrared LEDs detect the fluorescence of fluorescein in concentrations of up to 1.8 μM. The developed system allows and facilitates teaching optical spectroscopy in basic education without incurring high costs.

He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

Color Preceptation of Annealed Polyamid under Different
Illuminants
Fatma Mohamed El-Sharkawy --- F .M. El-Sharkawy
Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of perceived shift in
color and color coordinates of quenched polyamid fiberes under different illuminants
using 6 different light sources, standard illuminant D55, D65 (daylight), A
(incandescent lamp), and F1, F2 (fluorescent lamp). The diffuse spectral reflectance
values were measured by a spectrophotometer using 0/diffuse geometry CIE Lab color
system under six different illuminants (D55,D65,C,A,F1 and F2) has been computed.
Color parameters, including luminance factor, dominant wavelength and purity were
calculated for the samples Relation between the optical data of spectro-photometric
parameters with different annealing conditions are given. A computer model has been
developed at the NIS to determine the colour data from the spectrophotometric.
