Introduction Of Words
 Words are the vehicle through which we communicate our thoughts ,
the tongue is the driver. As such it takes us to our destiny.
 Words can be so powerful it can build or destroy good relationships and
can transform or change view points.
 In the technical aspect of communication whether oral or written , the
choice of words reflects the individual’s personality.
 Especially in an oral presentation, the words you use should be related
to the topic.
 The words that we speak and hear all day that words we uses in future
by recognizing them.
There is a time for everything
 It is a Fact that most problems in life especially those that stem from our
interaction of others will not be resolved unless they are confronted.
 In real life also there is a time to speak more respectfully and truthly.
 So, If we speak to anyone first listen their words and then after knowing
the words you can speak them
 So, there is a time for everything to speak.
My Testimony
• Our life consists of many words.
 Words that encourage and discourage
 Words that hurt, feel good.
 Words that make us embarrassed and confident.
 Words that make us sad and happy.
 Words that enlighten us, words that give us wisdom, knowledge / words
of Foolishness.
 Words that are kind / harsh.
 Words are very importance in our life because it can denotes our living.
 Words are more important for writer and listener.
Importance of Words :-
Words can kill and words can save it’s your choice to decide how you
use them.
It’s how we pass things down, communicate with each other and shape
the world we live in today. That is the power of words.
Getting Your Words Right
 Get your inside right to control what comes out.
• The good person out of the treasure of his heart produces good and the
evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the
abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
• For telling you to someone what you are says is important means what
kind of words you tell is importance.
• Peoples transfer the words to their next generation and also teaches
their child to speak proper words.
• Your words should be right , meaningful and respectful , whenever you
are talking to anyone.
Half Truths
 The Word Integrity is derived from the mathematical term integer.
 An Integer is a mathematical term meaning whole number as opposed
to fraction.
 When we talk in Integrity we tell the whole truth and not just a fraction of
it.
 We speak the all overall knowledge of that topic
 And we could not speak only half truths,so sometimes the other person
conusing what he/she says that topic.
Simplicity is the Key
 The use of simple sentences but with complete thoughts will make you
communicate better than choosing complex words and expressions.
 We need not to show off people by using difficult word.
 Not knowing the meaning of certain words may hinder your success
academically and in your daily life activities.
 Ex-you once saw an animal and decided it’s a “cat.” But cat is a sound.
This cat has nothing to do with the animal. But I have decided it’s a cat.
So I gave the sound of the identity of this animal. After that I made a
semicircle, a pyramid, cut into half, then a straight line, then another
below it, and wrote: “cat.” In these criss-crossed lines, I filled a sound
and into that sound a meaning now like with this cat.
Learning New Words
 One of the best ways of learning new words is to meet them in context.
In such situations it is very often possible, by reading a sentence
carefully and by recognizing certain clues, to guess with reasonable
accuracy the meaning of an unfamiliar word.
 The general sense or meaning of the sentence or paragraph.
 Tone and point of view of the writer.
 By reading and listening you can learn new words.
 Also by talking you can knows the words and the power of words.
 Words can inspire the person and words can destroy also.
Stratergies to learning New Words
 Say the word aloud several times : Saying the word aloud especially
along with a short phrase, will help you remember it.
 Learn how to use pronounciation guides in your dictionary.
 Tie new words to old words : When you encounter a new word, think of
a method for recalling the meaning.
 Write Vocabulary Words :-
 Keep a stack of cards in your pocket or ba and whenever you heard a
new word, write on it a card.
 Set aside a few minutes to each day to look up the words in a
dictionary.
The Ability to affect a person’s life
 What people do and say have the ability to affect another. Whether the
person knows it or not.
 Everyday people subconsciously affect people with what they say.
 Teenagers are the worst for using their power of words to bring others
down. All of us have been bullied or put down in some way.
 Words can give you the encourage to keep going or it can give you one
more reason to give up.
 The right words at the right time can make all the difference to
someone. But the right words at the wrong time can be just as
damaging as the wrong words.
Words Matter
 When we speak we should speak with mindfulness, in a way to solidify
peace and compassion in our characters.
 Always speak the truth, avoid exaggerations, be consistent in what you
are saying, don’t use double standards in addressing people, don’t use
your words to manipulate others, and most importantly do not use
words to insult or belittle anyone.
 If you listen to your life you can recall moments when you felt the brutal
sting of words:
 When the other kids called you “fat.”
 When that boy dumped you for no reason.
 When your dad called you “stupid.”
Words Impact

Conclusion :-
 If you have more knowledge of words then you have express your
feelings and your emotions more easily and preferably.
 So, listen the words more attentively, love the words, respect the words
and Convey the words attentively.
 That’s the power of words.
Thank you……
