• The Iroquois ate corn, beans, squash, deer,
  fish, and elk.
• The Iroquois were farmers so they planted
  crops and hunted.
Jobs
• The Iroquois children went hunting and fishing
  with their dads.
• Women were in charge of farming, property,
  and family.
• Men had to hunt, trade, and go to war.
Games
• The Iroquois played lacrosse and a game that
  you try to throw a dart threw a moving hoop.
Worshiped
• The Iroquois worshiped the great spirit who
  provided good crop and plenty of game.

• Dogs were important because they carried
  things for work.
