As now a days, many consumers adopts the online selling activity. On
the consumers perspective, online selling provides their consumers
needs and wants. On the online selling shopping consumers are being
productive to use social media as they platform for the easiest ways to
do shopping. According to the LSU AG center,
selling your items crafts and vintage items on the internet has never
been easier. On the other hand online sellers did not put their products
online because they just want it or become their easiest way to sell
because of the consumers uses online activities. It is because of this
pandemic, re-sellers and sellers had to choose selling online activity
because it is appropriate and productive selling activity now a days.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY :
The following are the findings of the study;
1.Profile of the respondents
1.1Gender. Most of the respondents in the field of online
marketing was 15 (68.2%) of the female. while the male has a 7 (31.8%)
respondents in the field of online market.
2.Business background
As they putting they’re product into the online market like
facebook, instagram and tiktok, out of the 22 (100%) respondents
answered by YES. With their starting capital of 1000 to 5000 22 (100%)
respondents answered by YES. Lastly there are 22 or (100%) respoents
were running their business 3 months and above

3.Respondents Assessments and Evaluation
Online marketing generates the
difficulties of the sellers and resellers. The impact
of this is that putting their products online can
gain their profit for their everyday income.

• Based on the findings, the following conclusions were derived:
1. Profile of the respondents in terms of gender
majority of the respondents were female consumers
2. Profile of the respondents in terms of age
25-28 years old have the highest percentage, while 33 above have the
lowest percentage
3. Business background
- the total of 22 respondents answered yes and none of them answered no on the
questions reaching its capital from 1000- 5000 pesos, In term of selling online,
they used Facebook, Instagram, and tiktok to make profit, and lastly running a
business for 3 months and above.
CONCLUSIONS
• 4. Respondents assessment and evaluation
- The total of 22 respondents answered yes and none of them
answered no to the question "Does your business increase its
customers value or number?".
- Out of 22 respondents, 20 of them answered yes, while 2 of them
answered no to the questions, "Does your business increase its
monthly revenue?", "Do you raise the price when the market price
also increase?", "Do you use strategy of gaining profit now a days?",
And lastly, "Does your business meet your profit and income?".
- Out of 22 respondents, 18 of them answered yes, while 4 of them
answered no to the question, "Have you encountered bogus buyers
and difficulties on the internet connection?".
CONCLUSIONS
• - Out of 22 respondents, 16 of them answered yes, while 6 of them
answered no to the questions, "Do you have any concerns about your
data privacy while selling online?", "Do you have any difficulties with
your selling method?", "Do you add product every time you earned?",
"Does it take weeks to add a product to your business?", And lastly,
"Have you been able to set up another business because of your
income?".
• - Out of 22 respondents, 14 of them answered yes, while 8 of them
answered no to the question, "Have you been able to set up another
business because of your income?".
CONCLUSIONS
• 5. Perception and analysis
A. In the period of Covid-19 pandemic, consumers whose struggling to
grow a business when put it in online
- Some of the respondents started their business in online selling, they
are literally struggling of lack of connectivity.
B. In describing a consumers negative experience while selling online.
- Most of the online seller had their experienced in bogus buying. And
the other customer includes a scam customer.
CONCLUSIONS
• C. Suggestions to fellow sellers to continue their business
and gain profit.
- . In the period of pandemic, local sellers and resellers
struggling on how they make a profit. Many respondents
supports also local businesses and they trusting the process
of growing their business as they said to this question.

RECOMMENDATIONS
• 1.Business owners or seller should provide and create a great delivery
experience, they should get their delivery strategy right or through
pick up in order to increase and encourage repeat purchase.
Everything must be executed properly from the price they charge and
how the packaging looks like.
• 2.They need to build a trusted online brand, build trust on them, build
a good and harmonious relationship to their valued customers.
• 3.The business owners or sellers must be accurate on the information
regarding on the product they posted online. They must include
customers testimonials and reviews on their site and deliver their
premises properly.

• 4.Update the featured products on their home page every day in
order to show that they are an active online store with fresh deals on
a consistent basis
• 5.The customers should place their orders properly with a good
motive. They should build a good relationship to them also.
• 6.There should be a one particularly special offer each day that makes
it worthwhile in order so that the prospects may have to visit the
sellers website every day and keep being updated.
• 7.The popular products” or “customer favorites”, or “best sellers”
must be displayed. Test to see which is the most eye-catching
expression for your audience, this will help to create an interest on
them and make a fast purchase possible.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• 8.The sellers must present products that have been evaluated by the
other customers, with this it can be more persuasive. This will give
the business to be more familiarized and will gain popularity also can
gain more additional profit and customers.
9. This research study suggest that online seller should make a
trustworthy product to gain customers satisfaction.
10. There must be a discount/sale every month for online shoppers to
enjoy buying online.
