The following graph shows that during the last three years, the number of illegal prisoners and
detention has had a downward trend:
from 2010 to 2011, 14% from 2011 to 2012 = 39% from 2010 to 2012, 29%

• The AIHRC does not have access to 40 percent of its coverage
