We watched the film Knocking in class, it was based on Jehovah s Witness
experiences and it demonstrated to us some of the challenges they face day to day.
New religious movements such as Jehovah s Witnesses face religious tolerance from

as allowing people to believe or practice which ever religionthey choose. If there is a

Photoluminescence is light emission that form after the absorption of photons. Dye

Dye always acts as a light absorber. Dye will absorb light to excite the excited
electron state from HOMO to LUMO. So absorbed of photons will be happened
and dye will fall back from LUMO to HOMO. So emission of photon will be
happened. So the wavelength during absorbance and emission process can be
identified by using Photoluminescene (PL) spectrometer. By knowing the
wavelength we can determine the concentration of dye. Ruthenium dye is one of
the organic dye where it contains small band gap, so it only needs small energy to
excite the photon from LUMO to HOMO. So if the dye absorb red colour it will

82% of 16 year olds owning a cell phone the risks of use behind the wheel are
increasing monumentally. According to research, even using a hands free device to
talk does not completely reduce the risk of getting into an accident. According to the
Highway Safety Association people using a cell phone while driving are 23 times
more likely to get in an accident. Studies show that humans are only able to multitask
to a certain point and while behind the wheel the risks are just too high (Copeland).
The majority legislators understand the hazards of phone use in a car, but
continuously refuse to ban and create laws to prevent it. The statistics back up the
hazards of distracted driving yet the government refuses to prevent the danger.
However, this is not the only reason drivers are distracted. A few examples of
distraction could be anything from changing the song on the stereo, setting up the
GPS, or setting up the Bluetooth headset to answer calls. The Majority of Car

RNA world theory, a possible theory for life origin
I think the RNA world theory, combined with other process, including clay
chemistry and deep sea vents activities, is an extremely possible theory for origin of
life. With addition of icy chemistry, the RNA world theory may also help us to find
life outside Earth. The RNA world theory is widely accepted by origin of life theorist

The unique potential of RNA molecules to act both as an information carrier and as
catalyst forms the basis of the RNA world hypothesis. an RNA molecule with an
appropriately folded shape can serve as an enzyme. (Alberts B,2002). The ability
of RNAs as enzyme make a powerful assertion for the RNA world theory. The
demonstration that ribosomal peptide synthesis is a ribozyme catalyzed reaction
makes it almost certain that there was once an RNA World (Orgel Leslie E. 2004).
Additionally, I found out that RNA as the enzyme is not only synthesized in cells, but
also in labs, so the natural RNAs will ability as catalysis may not be impossible.
Researchers directed the evolution of RNAs that could catalyze monomer synthesis,
from the production of ribose to the attachment of the sugar to nucleobases. Others
bred RNA enzymes, or ribozymes, that could conduct the steps of translation,
phosphorylate other polymers, join molecules together, or break them apart. (Jef

There are some suspicions on the RNAs ability to pass the catalysis properties to
their offspring. There is no way to encode the bond type between nucleotides. In
other words, the RNA s offspring will not be identical to the parent, and therefore
