By the end of section II of The Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals, Kant has
established that, if there were a supreme moral law, it would look like the
categorical imperative. His task in the final section of the Groundwork is to show
that there does in fact exist such a moral law by proving that we have free wills, and
secondary to this, he wants to show why we actually take an interest in morality. This

incorporate social and learning opportunities for parents and community member to
become active with their English language development. Offering free Adult English
Language classes where parents and community members could attend 2 3 nights a

7.5) and 1mM EDTA were purchased from Sigma Aldrich. Micropipettes, eppendorf

For the quantitation of DNA both PCR and plasmid samples (1ОјL) were placed on

restriction enzyme. For this, both plasmid (1.6ОјL) and PCR (0.3ОјL) samples were
mixed with 10x NE buffer, EcoRI and water separately in an eppendorf tube which
