know a lot about computers.
 Windows is normally used for business
purposes
 Windows are less expensive as compared to
Apple.
 Less user friendly but more precise.
 Both have different approach when getting
job done.

 Less crew comfort.
 Easy to maintain.
 Easy to use
 Low working life
 Precise in nature
 Quality driven
 More crew comfort.

change the dynamics for pepsi.
 Pepsi hired several well-known nutritionists
to direct its efforts at reducing fat, sodium
and sugar in its products.
 Coke gets 49.2 % and Pepsi 29.9%
 Pepsi introduce more of sport drinks with
new strategist "Lifestyles have changed,“
 Enter into new market.
 Two products can do same job but approach
may be different that difference is key to
success .A leader who know such difference
put way more weight toward success because
he knows which resource is to be utilized in
what manner that it bring ultimate goal.
 It Is not how many resource that you have it
is what resource you have how to utilized
and how to achieve goals.
 Success is not single path but more then one
ways it is up to leader how to accomplished
task at hand.
