and professional development is consistent (The Secret of Teams by Mark Miller). Within these teams, creativity is constantly
surfaced, team members share deep trust for one another and common team oriented goals are in place. This high
performing team structure breeds imagination and allows each idea to be heard, considered, debated and refined
until one brilliant but collective idea emerges.

Be Open to the Wildest Ideas
The outer circle is where the wildest and craziest ideas are born. These concepts can come from any source at any
place at any time and are so forwarding thinking it is difficult to contemplate their existence. These ideas then begin to
penetrate the organizational structure forming into actionable products, initiatives and processes.
