Temperature mapping study and Temperature qualification study are carried out generally in pharmaceutical industry. There are different kind of medicines and vaccines which need to be stored and transported at certain temperatures. Majority of these medicines and vaccines are under two categories viz. Those to be stored between 2 to 8 Degree Centigrade and those to be stored between 15 to 25°C.
It is important for the efficacy of the medicine that the same be stored and transported at the recommended temperature limits as above. If the medicine or vaccine goes above these temperature limits, the medicinal properties will be gradually lost and most importantly the products will not show any indication that it has been compromised. In such case the ultimate distributor and user will be unaware of the efficacy of the medicine.
The storage is done in warehouses, cold rooms or refrigerators and transportation is carried out in boxes, vans, reefers and containers.
The whole set of study is carried out to analyze the temperature distribution in a warehouse, cold room, refrigerator, van or reefer trucks to find out whether the temperature inside such facility is always maintained between the desired temperature.

The external temperature and atmospheric conditions affect the temperature of ware houses, cold room, vans, trucks, reefers etc. which are used for storage and distribution of medicines. The Middle East countries referred here are generally United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq etc
While this is not a regulatory requirement in most of these countries, it is desirable for most of the pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors that a study is carried out atleast once in every three years. The reason for recommending once in three years is that various critical parameters inside the enclosed area keep on changing including the performance of the cooling units. Also the number and arrangement of storage racks are changed many times which are not advisable after carrying out a mapping study. Low power architecture of logic gates using adiabatic techniques
The growing significance of portable systems to limit power consumption in ultra-large-scale-integration chips of very high density, has recently led to rapid and inventive progresses in low-power design. The most effective technique is adiabatic logic circuit design in energy-efficient hardware. This paper presents two adiabatic approaches for the design of low power circuits, modified positive feedback adiabatic logic (modified PFAL) and the other is direct current diode based positive feedback adiabatic logic (DC-DB PFAL). Logic gates are the preliminary components in any digital circuit design. By improving the performance of basic gates, one can improvise the whole system performance. In this paper proposed circuit design of the low power architecture of OR/NOR, AND/NAND, and XOR/XNOR gates are presented using the said approaches and their results are analyzed for powerdissipation, delay, power-delay-product and rise time and compared with the other adiabatic techniques along with the conventional complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) designs reported in the literature. It has been found that the designs with DC-DB PFAL technique outperform with the percentage improvement of 65% for NOR gate and 7% for NAND gate and 34% for XNOR gate over the modified PFAL techniques at 10 MHz respectively.

K8sGPT is a tool that analyzes and diagnoses Kubernetes clusters. This presentation was used to share the requirements and dependencies to deploy K8sGPT in a local environment.
Embedded machine learning-based road conditions and driving behavior monitoring
Car accident rates have increased in recent years, resulting in losses in human lives, properties, and other financial costs. An embedded machine learning-based system is developed to address this critical issue. The system can monitor road conditions, detect driving patterns, and identify aggressive driving behaviors. The system is based on neural networks trained on a comprehensive dataset of driving events, driving styles, and road conditions. The system effectively detects potential risks and helps mitigate the frequency and impact of accidents. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of drivers and vehicles. Collecting data involved gathering information on three key road events: normal street and normal drive, speed bumps, circular yellow speed bumps, and three aggressive driving actions: sudden start, sudden stop, and sudden entry. The gathered data is processed and analyzed using a machine learning system designed for limited power and memory devices. The developed system resulted in 91.9% accuracy, 93.6% precision, and 92% recall. The achieved inference time on an Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense with a 32-bit CPU running at 64 MHz is 34 ms and requires 2.6 kB peak RAM and 139.9 kB program flash memory, making it suitable for resource-constrained embedded systems.

- 2. Temperature Mapping: Temperature across all areas of a warehouse/cold room/vehicle is not uniform. The temperature at these points are definitely different: a) Near the door b) On the wall c) Below the compressor area d) Area near Fork lift movement e) Fully loaded rack Vs empty rack f) Area where personnel movement is frequent
- 3. Particular conditions in Middle East In extreme climatic conditions, the temperature is not uniform for various reasons including: 1. If one side of wall is exposed to Sun, the interior of the wall is hotter 2. The AC units of the vehicles are overloaded in extreme climate and cannot produce uniform temperature. 3. For Pharma warehouses, the ceiling may not be properly insulated
- 4. Hot Spots: In all such conditions, hot spots (small areas which are hotter) are generated and will not be noticed. Medicines kept in these hot spots are vulnerable and will go unnoticed.

Solution: Temperature Mapping & Validation: Temperature Mapping is the process by which entire area of a warehouse/cold room/vehicle is continuously monitored, recorded and analyzed over a period of time under real operating conditions. Validation is the process through which the entire recording is analysed and certified by international accredited bodies.
